If you are looking for a truly exceptional holiday apartment for your summer holiday, then these luxurious holiday apartments are the right choice. The larger holiday property CIO228 covers the ground floor and ground floor, while CIO227 is on the first floor. Both are furnished to a high standard, CIO228 has a wonderful view of the sea and a large terrace. You can park your car in the garage, from where you can take the lift to the flats. On the beautiful estate is the large communal infinity pool with hydromassage jets and the most marvellous view of the blue sea. There is also a greenhouse with seasonal fruit and vegetables and a playground for children. Next to the pool there is also a summer kitchen and barbecue. The first beaches are in Plomin Luka. You can also visit Rabac, known for its beautiful beaches, leisure facilities and excellent restaurants, as well as the holiday resorts of Labin, Rovinj and Pore.

Es war ein absolutes Luxus-Appartement! Wir hatten Klimaanlage in allen Räumen, hochwertiges Mobiliar und selbst die Böden in Top-Qualität. Riesiger Balkon mit Morgensonne und Infinity-Pool machten den Aufenthalt unvergesslich. Wir haben bei dem Preis weniger erwartet und wurden vollständig positiv überrascht!

Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub machen will ist hier richtig. Trotzdem kann man viel anschauen, wenn man ein bisschen Weg einplant. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich und zurückhaltend. In der Anlage wohnt ein sehr lieber Hund, (Golden Retriever) der sich dort frei bewegt. Große Supermärkte finden sich in etwa 20 Minuten Entfernung mit dem Auto. Empfehlenswert ist ein Ausflug entlang der Küste nach Opatja, hier gibt es auf dem Weg auch viele Bademöglichkeiten. In der sehr großen Wohnung :Es sind große Badetücher und sogar Bademäntel vorhanden, ebenso ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Ein schöner Aussengrillplatz ist eine gute Alternative zum großen Balkon. (Geschirrtücher und Spülmaschinentabs-Spülmittel sollten mitgebracht werden) Es gibt eine normale Filterkaffeemaschine. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung,nette Gastgeber in ruhiger, sehr schöner Umgebung mit Infinetypool ,man hat wirklich alles was man braucht,in sehr guter Ausstattung, für Kinder gibt es Schaukeln,Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte, sehr schön ist auch die Aussenküche mit Gasgrill,wir haben uns rundrum wohlgefühlt.Zu den nächsten Stränden muss man etwas fahren oder man wandert zum Meer hinunter (Achtung sehr steil)Die Anfahrt ist einspringen mit Ausweichmöglichkeiten,dafür entschädigt der eigene Garagenplatz und der Lift zur Ferienwohnung.
