Lovely traditional Villa with modern amenities

Everything was excellent, lovely pool and facilties, all has described. Good, attentive host. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place to stay in the countryside

We had a great time staying here and Goran and his wife made us very welcome. We really enjoyed the open fires (plenty of wood around) and the living room was a comfortable place to relax. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the heating worked well (it was quite cool in the evening when we stayed). The pool was cleaned while we were there, but the weather was not hot enough for a swim! The kids enjoyed playing table tennis. The kitchen had all the essentials. Easy to explore lots of places in Istria. Thanks!

Erholung pur in der Nebensaison

Wir hatten einen grandiosen Aufenthalt bei bestem Sonnenschein in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Wir wurden wunderbar umsorgt. Da wir außerhalb der Saison hier waren, (Anfang Oktober) war es erholsam ruhig. Auch die Städte Rovinj und Pula waren nicht überlaufen. Wir konnten einige Buchten ganz alleine genießen und sind jeden Abend gerne zu unserer wunderschönen Unterkunft zurückgekehrt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt noch spontan verlängert. Vielen herzlichen Dank an unsere Gastgeber. Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit perkekt ausgestatteten Außenflächen, einem sauberen Pool und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Innenräumen. Nur zu empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus und toller Vermieter

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen. Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich, ausreichend groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der Garten mit Pool ist schön angelegt, eine Tischtennisplatte und Tischkicker bieten Abwechslung. Goran, der Vermieter, ist unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Zum Abschied gabs noch für jedes Kind eine Tafel Schokolade.

Einfach ein Traum das Haus.

Übergabe ganz unkompliziert, wirklich toller Vermieter, bei Fragen war er immer zu erreichen und wir konnten unseren Urlaub so richtig genießen. Wir waren an verschiedenen Strände in der Nähe und haben Tagesausflüge nach Pula, Fažana oder Cap Kamenjak unternommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles großes Haus, gute Lage, Auto nötig

Sehr schönes, großzügiges Haus. Schöner Garten, Pool klasse, schöne Loungeecke auf der vorderen Terrasse. Klimaanlage in Wohnraum und Schlafzimmern perfekt. Leider war die Straße zum Haus aufgrund einer Baustelle gesperrt und wir mussten eine ordentliche Umleitung fahren, aber das ist machbar gewesen. Es ist ruhiger oberhalb gelegen, ein Auto ist notwendig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und herzlich, jeder Zeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit gewesen. Wir hatten einen tollen Familien Urlaub.

Haus Top - Auto unabdingbar

Wir haben 14 Tage im Haus Albino verbracht und waren vollkommen zufrieden mit dem Haus. Das Inserat hält was es verspricht und man erlebt keine Enttäuschungen. Kommt man an der Unterkunft an, kann man das Auto kurz in der Einfahrt vor dem Haus parken und ausladen. Der Parkplatz selbst liegt ca 80m vom Haus entfernt unter einem schattigen Carport. Das Haus liegt umgeben von anderen Gebäuden ziemlich ab vom Schuss, ist aber in direkter Umgebung zu den Nachbarn. Sowas würde mich eigentlich schon abschrecken, aber alles ist clever und uninsehbar angelegt das es überhaupt nicht stört. Die Außenanlagen sind wirklich sehr stilvoll gestaltet. Besonders der Platz vor dem Haus Abend ist bei Beleuchtung sehr zu empfehlen. Der Pool und der Grillplatz sind ebenfalls beleuchtet. Der freundliche Vermieter/Besitzer Goran hat uns bei einem Getränk alles kurz erklärt (Klimaanlage/Pool etc) und war dann auch schnell wieder weg. Wir haben ihn erst zur Abreise wiedergesehen. Im schön kühlen Haus warteten frische Früchte auf uns. Im unteren Bereich gibt es eine Wohnküche/Wohnzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche und einen Wirtschaftsraum unter der Treppe. Im oberen Bereich 3 Schlafzimmer (alle klimatisiert), eines davon mit anliegendem Bad. Sehr angenehm, die Fenster sind alle mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet (sehr solide Ausführung ;-) sodass man nachts die Fenster öffnen kann. Im Außenbereich ist eigentlich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es gibt einen Raum mit extra Küche und Kühlschrank für Getränke, sehr praktisch! TT Platte ist Top/Wasserspielzeug vorhanden, Aussendusche am Pool, Liegen super, mehrere mobile Sonnenschirme, auch zum mitnehmen für den Strand. Die Räder sind eigentlich unbrauchbar... Erstens zu klein, zweitens kann man in der Gegend kaum Radfahren da es viel zu hügelig ist. Man ist leider immer auf das Auto angewiesen. Sowohl für kleine Einkäufe im Minimarkt im "Dorf" (liegt eher an der Landstrasse) als auch für Ausflüge zu umliegenden Stränden. Egal wo man hin will, alles hat immer ca 40 min mit dem Auto gebraucht. Ist aber auch irgendwie egal, die Landschaft ist traumhaft! Wir haben uns Pula/Rovinji/Porec/Kap Kamenjak (Safari Bar muss man gesehen haben, sehr abenteuerlich auch die Anfahrt) und weitere Strände angeschaut, am schönsten war es dann irgendwie immer am Strand von Porec. Das muss jeder selbst entscheiden. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Haus mit allem was man braucht als Base für Tagesausflüge in Istrien. Danke Goran!

Wer seine Ruhe haben möchte ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist sehr gut zum Entspannen geeignet.

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist kaum einsehbar. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. In jedem Zimmer gab es eine Klimaanlage und einen Fernseher. An allen Fenstern waren Fliegengitter. Es waren genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Traumhaftes Haus in Krsan

Dieses Domizil bietet wirklich alles, was man sich wünscht. Die Beschreibung und die Fotos passen perfekt. Für uns als 5köpfige Familie war es ideal. Wir haben die eine Woche sehr genossen und wären gerne länger geblieben.

Traumhaus

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in dem wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Es ist prima ausgestattet und bietet viel Komfort. Der Vermieter ist super nett, gibt gute Tips und ist immer erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön und ruhig etwas abseits in einer kleinen Siedlung, im nächsten Dorf- ca. 5 min. per Auto gibt es einen Supermarkt und ein gutes Restaurant. Zur nächstgelegenen Stadt Labin sind es ca. 15 km. Dort gibt es einige große Supermärkte. Nach Pula und Opatija fährt man jeweils ca. 60min. Wir haben im Haus Albino einen tollen Urlaub verbracht und sagen nochmal herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!
