The larger holiday property CIO228 covers the ground floor and ground floor, while CIO227 is on the first floor. Both are furnished to a high standard, CIO228 has a wonderful view of the sea and a large terrace. You can park your car in the garage, from where you can take the lift to the flats. On the beautiful estate is the large communal infinity pool with hydromassage jets and the most marvellous view of the blue sea. There is also a greenhouse with seasonal fruit and vegetables and a playground for children. Next to the pool there is also a summer kitchen and barbecue. The first beaches are in Plomin Luka. You can also visit Rabac, known for its beautiful beaches, leisure facilities and excellent restaurants, as well as the holiday resorts of Labin, Rovinj and Pore.
