Beautiful villa with big private pool situated only 350 m from the first beach. This beautiful villa is situated in a small village called Kornic, between Punat and the city of Krk. It is situated on a perfect location; only 250 m from the first beach. The beach is grass and silic with lots of shades; perfect for the kids. There you can find plenty of restaurants, a marina, water skiing and lots of other entertainment. The villa is brand new, built in 2016. and has an amazing sea view. The house spreads over 2 floors, each one consisting of spacious living room with dining room and fully equipped kitchen, with an exit to the terrace/balcony with sitting set. Each floor has got 2 double bedrooms with their own bathroom, plus one separate toilet. The size of the living area is 220 m2, and the property is 520 m2 with private parking places and barbecue, and it is fenced so the privacy is guaranteed. The house is fully air-conditioned and also featuring free wi-fi.
The air-conditioned villas feature 4 bathrooms and afford space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Washers/dryers, microwaves, and refrigerators are other standard amenities.
