Attractive Mediterranean apartment with a heated shared pool with a sea view, authentic olive garden with barbecue, located in a small and quiet village Kornić only 4 km from the town of Krk . The apartment has two bedrooms and living room. It is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxing holiday. There are several nearby beaches and they are only few minutes away with car. The closest one is called St Dunat and is 500m from the apartment. Near Dunat there are also a wakeboard lift, resturants and beach-bar. Island of Krk offers one of the best biking experiences in Croatia with its coastal and countryside trails for all fitness levels.

Nice little apartment but dated.

Upon arrival it was clear it wasn’t the easiest place to find, the host was helpful and clear with directions and we eventually found the apartment. Parking was a bit difficult and tight so any large 4x4s would struggle. After checking in and going down to the pool we were extremely surprised to see another guest sunbathing. It turns out there is another apartment that has a separate listing which was never mentioned! We would have booked a hotel if we wanted to stay with other people, we were under the assumption that we would have been alone but that wasn’t the case. I did mention this to the host and he said he would update the advert to include that there is another apartment at the house. The outdoor and pool area were fantastic, the views over the sea were spectacular. The actual apartment it’s self was clean, however kitchen utensils like the toaster and kettle were very old and dirty which put us off using them. The hosts mother lived above in her house and wasn’t intrusive at all. she was very helpful and very welcoming. Overall I would suggest updating the apartment and it’s contents, and certainly advise people that you may not be alone when staying at these apartments!

Alles was man braucht

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Im ersten Moment hatte ich Zweifel doch wir haben uns schnell sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool und die Aussicht waren super. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß und wollten nicht mehr weg. Die Inhaberin war super nett und war stets für Fragen oder Anliegen ansprechbar. In der Nacht war es sehr ruhig und insgesamt war es eine ruhige entspannte Gegend. Fussläufig ist ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Markt erreichbar sodass alles verfügbar ist. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.wir haben uns sehr wohl und zu Hause gefühlt. Gerne wieder.

Vorsicht: Nicht zu empfehlen

Es handelt sich hier um eine Wohnung in einem Haus, indem sich noch 2 andere Wohneinheiten befinden.Der Pool ist kein Privatpool, sondern ein Gemeinschaftspool, bei den alle Wohneinheiten Zugang haben. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von den Besitzern empfangen und uns wurde kurz die Wohnung gezeigt. Hier haben wir direkt den Hinweis bekommen, dass die Waschmaschine nicht funktioniert. Wir können aber gerne die Wäsche oben bei der Besitzerin waschen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass auch die nächsten Besucher, keine funktionieren Waschmaschine haben. Insgesamt macht die Wohnung einen sehr heruntergekommen Eindruck, wir hatten eher das Gefühl in einer Gartenlaube zu Wohnen. Vieles ist Kaputt oder in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Ähnlich wie bei einem klassischen Vermieter, der nur das minimalste ausbessert. Die Wohnung war nicht wirklich gesäubert und vieles am Geschirr war noch vom wahrscheinlichen Vormieter dreckig. Zusätzlich ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig, wir hatten das Glück, dass die Besitzerin Besuch von ihrer Familie hatte, sodass wir in den Abendstunden bis zur Mitternachtsstunde gebollert gehört hatten (entweder Fussball oder die Möbel wurden permanent verrückt). Das Wlan Signal ist eher schlecht, ich empfehle ausreichend Mobile Daten. Wir hatten in den zwei Wochen besuch von zwei Skorpionen, die sich in den Rissen der Steinwänden und Böden verstecken und abends rausgekommen sind. Im Garten/Pool gibt es keine Privatsphäre. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung dafür viel zu teuer. Abzocke.

In der oben auf dem Berg gelegenen Ferienwohnung in Kornic erwartet einen eine kleine Wohnung, die alles bietet, was man in einem Urlaub mit Selbstverpflegung braucht. Schade, dass die Einrichtung schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist, was sich vor allem an den Betten bemerkbar macht. Schön ist die großzügige Terrasse, die auch gleichzeitig der eigene Eingangsbereich ist. Von dort geht man nur wenige Meter zum Pool mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Leider ist das Gartengelände kaum gepflegt. Das Dorf bietet einen Bäcker in 100 m Entfernung sowie einen kleinen Supermarkt in ca. 300 m Entfernung. Die Vermieterin, die über der Ferienwohnung lebt, ist sehr gastfreundlich und unaufdringlich.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Erholen.

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht und hat vor allem durch die sehr dicken alten Wände einen urigen Charakter. Dadurch blieb sie auch angenehm kühl, die Klimaanlage haben wir nur einmal kurz benutzt. Vom Sitzplatz vor der Wohnung hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Bucht und die Klosterinsel. Die Vermieterin und ihr Sohn waren sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wirklich gelungener Urlaub !

Nachdem uns aus dem Nichts heraus unsere erste Buchung (an der dalmatinischen Küste) wegen "Fehlbuchung/ Doppelbelegung" storniert worden war,gestaltete sich die Suche nach einem Ersatz doch recht schwierig: Das Meiste war bereits ausgebucht , schließlich wurden wir fündig auf Krk in Jakovs Appartement. Diesmal fragten wir explizit VOR der Buchung beim Vermieter nach bzgl. Verfügbarkeit und bekamen innerhalb weniger Stunden positive und freundliche Rückmeldung. Und wir haben hier dann zu viert eine wundervolle Woche verbracht: Krk hat viele Strände und kl. Buchten mit glasklarem Wasser, in dem man wunderbar baden kann. Das Appartement selbst ist schön gelegen, mit Merrblick,einer kl. Terasse, wo man als Familie unter einem grossem Sonnenschirm ausreichend Platz zum Essen und Quatschen findet, auf einer Ebene unterhalb der Terasse existiert ein kleiner Pool, in den wir alle abends nach dem Schwimmen im Meer nochmal zum Abkühlen reingehüpft sind. Wirklich schön ! Das Appartement selbst ist mit seiner gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage und seinen Räumlichkeiten absolut funktional und war für unsere Zwecke perfekt geeignet: Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine vorhanden , Betten waren nicht durchgelegen, Handtücher und Bettdecken wurden gestellt, vor den Fenstern befanden sich Holzrollos und es gab immer einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Dass die Wohnung insgesamt etwas klein erscheinen mag, ist völlig egal, weil man mit dem Außenbereich so viel mehr Nutzungsfläche hat. Auch wurden wir nie gestört: Die freundlichen Vermieter wohnten im selben Haus ein Stockwerk über uns, hatten aber ihren Hauseingang separat auf einer dritten Ebene, weswegen wir uns nie begegneten (ausser wir hatten Fragen...). Ein kleineres Studio Appartement für 2 Personen befand sich um die Ecke unseres Appartements, die zugehörige Terrasse war von unserer nicht direkt einsehbar, auf welcher Ebene sich der entsprechende Eingang befand, kann ich nicht sagen, wir wurden jedenfalls nie gestört. Abends wummert aus dem Hafen die obligatorische Party Musik hoch, alles aber wirklich gedämpft und zu humanen Zeiten auch vorbei. Im Haus selbst war sowieso nichts zu hören.... Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung ! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit ! Vielen Dank an Jakov !

Im Grunde genommen ganz o.k.

Wir meinten, ein Ferienhaus gemietet zu haben, aber es war nur eine kleine Wohnung. Die Möbel sind zusammengewürfelt und teilweise alt. Die Nachttischlampen im Schlafzimmer passen nicht zusammen. Bei einer Lampe fehlte der Lampenschirm und der Schalter war kaputt. Das Bad ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine. In der Küche ist ein Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Die Geräte funktionieren alle gut. Es gibt eine Terrasse mit einer Sommerküche, die wir häufig genutzt haben. Der Garten ist ein wenig verwildert, besitzt dadurch jedoch einen gewissen Charme. Man kann sich an Weintrauben und Granatäpfeln bedienen. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Die Mutter des Vermieters ist sehr freundlich und spricht mehrere Sprachen. Sie begrüßte uns mit einem kleinen Imbiss. Es gab einen wöchentlichen Wäschewechsel (Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Badvorleger). AUFGEPASST: AUF KRK GIBT ES SKORPIONE!
