In the hamlet Bajčići 10 km from the centre of Krk, in a quiet, sunny position, 5.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 1'500 m2, well-kept garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular, heated (50 m2, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (140 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, fitness room, spa area, air conditioning. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 450 m, supermarket 9 km, restaurant 550 m, bus stop 400 m, pebble beach 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 22 km from the property.
