Holiday house MINT II with full privacy

This new luxurious villa with pool can accommodate four persons. It consists of a main house and one smaller house. Each house has one bedroomand one bathroom. The house if fully equipped and has everything you may need for a carefree stay. It is located only few minutes walk from the grocery store, restaurant and beach. The whole property is surrounded by plants, nature and in a calm and peaceful area of the island.Ideal for a family or two couples. Pets are warm welcomed!

Poljica and Bajčići

The villages of Poljica and Bajčići are located in the western part of the island of Krk, in the area called Šotovento. They are about a kilometer apart and about 10km from their administrative center, the town of Krk. In Poljica and Bajčić there are 200 inhabitants. Historically, residents of the area have been involved in livestock breeding, farming and olive growing.

Tourism in Poljica and Bajčići

Poljice and Bajčići are interesting because of their close proximity to the coast (a few minutes drive to the town of Krk, Pinezic and Glavotok), but also because of their historical heritage. Poljica has a very well preserved indigenous architecture of stone houses, Renaissance buildings and a Gothic church from the 15th century. The places themselves have no more developed tourist offer besides private accommodation and vacation houses.

Čavlena

The bay of Čavlena is located halfway between Glavotok and Malinska, and the road to it goes through Poljica or Porat by car, or by boat from the sea. This area is known for its large old oaks. Beneath the beautiful cove with stones and gravel, you will be protected by natural shade. There is also a small harbor and this is a popular bay for fishermen.

Exceptionally tastefully furnished holiday home in central location

Wirklich außergewöhnlich geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage auf Krk. Dadurch fallen Ausflüge in die Umgebung sehr leicht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief sofern nötig völlig unkompliziert. Wir bekamen auch hilfreiche Tipps für Strände und Restaurants. Sehr schöne weitläufige Außenanlage mit unverbautem Blick und Pool. Durch das in einem kleinen Haus separat liegende zweite Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad ist das Haus sicher auch für zwei unabhängige Paare geeignet. Unsere Teenager konnten so ihre Privatsphäre genießen. Zusammengefasst wunderschön entspannte Ferientage in einem blitzsauberen Haus. in English: Really exceptionally tastefully furnished holiday home in a central location on Krk. This makes excursions in the area very easy. Communication with the owner was completely uncomplicated if necessary. We also got helpful advice on beaches and restaurants. Very nice, spacious outdoor area with an unobstructed view and pool. Thanks to the separate second bedroom in a separate house with its own bathroom, the house is certainly also suitable for two independent couples. This allowed our teenagers to enjoy their privacy. In summary, wonderfully relaxed holidays in a sparkling clean house.

Erholsamer Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder

Herrlich gelegenes, sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus im Grünen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der schöne, von außen nicht einsehbare Garten und der private Pool. Gute Lage in der Mitte der Insel. Der Vermieters hat uns einige sehr gute Restaurants in der Umgebung empfohlen.
