The apartment offers around 35 square meters and 40 square meters of terraces. It is fully equipped with everything.
It consists of a bedroom with double beds, bathroom with bathtub, and a living room. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and gives the guest the feeling of being at home, the kitchen really offers everything you need.

In front of the apartment there is a large garden with many autochthonous Mediterranean plants. The garden was completely renovated last year. It now has an outdoor kitchen with grill, table tennis, two Sollar outdoor showers, bicycle storage, bocce court and sauna.
If you rent both apartments with friends, you have a shared terrace at your disposal. Behind the house is a large parking lot for up to eight cars, with a sun protection roof for 4.

City or beach can be reached in ten minutes on foot, or by car in two minutes.

Kleine Oase in der Näher der Krk Stadt

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit einem bezaubernden Garten, nahe der Stadt Krk. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit (fast) allem, was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter, wir hatten bei der Ankunft Wein, Saft, Bier und Wasser im Kühlschrank. Der Vermieter nahm sich Zeit und ein wenig die Umgebung zu zeigen. Dragica spricht sehr gut Deutsch, nette Und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Wir durften auch die Strandschirme nutzen! Danke dafür! Den Garten und die Außenduschen haben wir gerne genutzt! Es gibt nichts negatives, außer vielleicht die Hellhörigkeit. Nachdem die Wohnung über uns bezogen wurde, konnte man von oben wirklich alles hören. Alles in alleM war es für uns aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!
