The cosy holiday apartment Argenpark is located in Kressbronn on Lake Constance in a quiet yet central location with partial lake and mountain panoramic views. The apartment is situated on the 2nd and 3rd floor and can accommodate 5 people. On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a French double bed which was equipped with two separate mattresses. In addition, the apartment has a spacious living/dining room, a very well equipped lockable kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. A staircase leads to the studio on the upper floor. Here you will find two single beds and a sofa bed. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, cable TV, board games, a baby cot and a high chair.



The outdoor area boasts a furnished balcony with awning and a children's playground in the garden. From the sunny south-facing balcony you can enjoy a wonderful view, but you can also keep an eye on your children playing and romping around on the hotel's own playground. A supermarket is 300 m away from the accommodation and a restaurant is 78 m away. The Kressbronn lido is a 20-minute walk (1.7 km) away.

Entspannte Zeit in Kressbronn

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser schön eingerichteten Maisonettewohnung. Auch bei diesen sommerlichen Temperaturen konnten wir die Wohnung - zumindest unten - kühl halten und den Tag auf dem Balkon beginnen und den Abend auf dem Balkon ausklingen lassen. Ich hab auch noch keine Ferienwohnung erlebt, in der wirklich Mal alles an Geschirr und Küchenutensilien vorhanden war: super hier! Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war auch nett, entspannt mit schnellen Rückmeldungen. Ein Stern Abzug nur wegen der Nähe zur Straße. Man hört nachts nichts, aber wenn man im Urlaub mal länger schlafen möchte und aufgrund der Temperatur alle Fenster offen sind, bekommt man halt doch ab morgens den Berufsverkehr mit. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern dann nicht mehr! Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt! Vielen Dank!

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße.

Die Wohnung war mit Hinweisen zum Verhalten, zur Reinigung, und zur Verwendung der technischen Geräte u. s. w. übersäht. Betten und Sofa waren extrem niedrig, nicht für ältere Personen zu empfehlen.
