Stunning home in Krems II/Warderbrück

Located in the Holstein Switzerland Nature Park, the Wardersee holiday village offers holiday fun for the whole family. Between forests, meadows, rivers and lakes, you will find plenty of peace and relaxation, picturesque natural landscapes and many activities for the whole family.



The spacious wooden house is just a few metres from the bathing area. It impresses with its Scandinavian style and offers enough space for 6 people on two floors. Children of all ages will feel at home here. Football and goals, volleyball and volleyball net, badminton set and aquaplay are available outside, but there is also plenty of variety inside with LEGO, DUPLO, building blocks and (children's) books and board games.



The high-quality bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. In the upstairs bathroom you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a spacious work area suitable for laundry and nappy changing. There is a small desk in bedroom 3. The sofa in the living room has a high-quality cold foam mattress so that even a sofa guest can enjoy a restful night's sleep.



The house comes with 4 bicycles, which you can use to explore the area. In the outdoor areas and the spacious terrace with its Hollywood swing, you can relax and have breakfast or a barbecue with the whole family. From the terrace and balcony you have a beautiful view over the fields and can also see the lake. On rainy days, you can warm up in the sauna and then cosy up in front of the wood-burning stove in the living area.



This holiday home has a fast fibre optic connection.



There are three fishing ponds in the immediate vicinity, from which you can choose your favourite. A special licence is required for fishing. There is also an 18-hole golf course for professionals or beginners on the other side of the lake. You can explore the diverse landscapes and wildlife of Schleswig-Holstein by bike or on foot. A horseback ride into the countryside is also possible thanks to the nearby riding centre.



For children, the Trappenkamp adventure forest with its varied nature play areas, wildlife enclosures and adventure trails is a great destination. Hamburg and various Baltic seaside resorts are also within easy reach.
