Great stay

Newer hotel in great condition. If you want to save on parking you can just park on the street and walk a couple hundred meters. Breakfast is basic but good, super helpful and nice personnel

New or newly refurbished. Nice looking rooms and bathrooms, however not a lot of space to store bags and clothes. The rooms have been soundproofed way better than competitor hotels but not perfect. Breakfast is ok, a few options available without being outstanding. Parking is €12 per night and it gets busy more often than not... There is a risk to have to park on the road in odd locations (not many designated parking spaces available). I would stay here again as this was the best hotel I have been in the area up to date.

New and Clean

Great newer and clean place. Only thing that gets really annoying is the amount of smoking that generally sits right in front of the doors. Not something I want to smell with breakfast and evening drinks continuously. Staff should ensure the people who want to partake in the habit, are nearer to corner so it does not keep blowing into the hotel.

Perfect for one night but phone and safe didn’t work. Reception lady offered to move us to another room but it really wasn’t worth the effort just for the one night. Staff were very friendly but breakfast was mediocre. Really nothing nearby but a short drive to town centre.

My experience with my wife was bad. Staff are not friendly and information's requested was reluctantly given. I remember asking about parking provision and had to be fighting with the machine out side after being sent several times only for the receptionist to tell me that I can pay for the parking in the office.

Terrible stay. sheets were dirty, but the worst part was that the cleaning crew staerted knocking on the door from 830am. then again at 930, 10 and 11am. could not get rest we were looking for and s we were late at check out as a rwsult the manager was coming up to ask us to leave

Nice and clean place.

Stay was comfortable, but the fact that there’s no room service and kicthen was closed by 19:00 when we arrived was a bit disappointed. Charging €12 for parking is a bit greedy.

A good hotel choice but two things missing

We stayed one night on our return trip home after a summer holiday in Italy. The hotel is new and well furnished and fitted out. The reception staff were excellent. The hotel is out of the town centre so it was disappointing to find that the hotel restaurant only serves breakfasts. That was unclear when we booked. It was also disappointing that this new hotel did not have EV chargers in the car park. Two minuses against what is otherwise a great hotel

I was leary choosing here because of few bad reviews. But I'm glad I did. What people need to remember is this is a Holiday Inn and not a five-star Resort. The breakfast selections were that of a common Europe breakfast, not an American breakfast. The staff spoke English and we're always so happy to help if you need anything. There's absolutely nothing within walking distance and you may have a little trouble getting any Uber here depending on the length of the trip. It's a small quiet city so Uber isn't a big thing there. Highly recommend using a rental if you stay here.

We liked so much about this property. It is a smart hotel so for example your key must be in a slot at the door to turn on the lights. Therefore when you leave and take your key, no lights are accidentally left on….energy saving! The breakfast bar was fresh and had lots of variety. Everything was comfortable except that we couldn’t turn on the air because it was too cold outside (part of the smart building), but the staff helped us open a window. All good!
