Kas Très welcomes you with open arms for an unparalleled holiday experience. Breathtaking sea views, an infinity pool to dream away in and all the comforts of home, just minutes from Kralendijk and the famous beach 1000 Steps, while the famous dive site Oil Slick Leap, is located directly across the street from the villa, as well as a small-scale diving school.

This spacious villa has 6 bedrooms, four with king-size beds, two with twin beds and four with private bathrooms, ideal for 12 guests. The trade winds naturally cool the spaces, while you enjoy the luxury of a modern kitchen, both inside and in the covered outdoor dining area.



Independent guesthouse for larger groups



Adjacent to the main villa is a fully equipped and furnished, independent studio. This apartment, with the fifth and sixth bedroom and the fifth bathroom, offers a particularly comfortable place for four additional guests, allowing a total of 12 people to stay in Kas Très. This guesthouse is only available for bookings for 9 to 12 people or at equivalent rates.

We enjoyed our stay! Upon arrival Margo was there to greet us and show us around. We had a small issue and reached out to her and she responded promptly. The House is well equiped as we did a lot of cooking. Excellent water views, great location and very relaxing. Being close to a snorkeling spot was a plus. Screening on the windows in the bedrooms would be excellent for mosquitoe control.

Margot was great! The property is hard to find so it would be fabulous to have someone meet you at the airport. The kitchen has most of what you need and the pool is really enjoyable. The location is perfect…. Walkable to several beautiful snorkeling/dive sites. The pizza place at the entrance has delicious food. Highly recommend this property for a large group.
