Lovely location ocean side next to downtown. Snorkel off the beach hundreds of varieties sizes and colors of fish. Limited coral but seeing eels, turtles and an octopus was great. Food to order was great, not gourmet. Food on breakfast buffet lukewarm. Good omelette made to order. Daily happy hour beer and wine only. Dive shop on premises. Two pools no working hot tub. Casino with roulette and black jack tables. Expect “Island time” everywhere, tips help! Lots to see. Not a place for young spring breakers. Limited evening activities and beach space on the island.

When we checked in one month ago, we were charged $75 US deposit for each person, $300 total. To date, we have sent 5 email messages asking for this deposit to be refunded. It is not pending on our account, it was a charge. No one has responded to our messages and one month later we are still not reimbursed and we have no understanding of why we were charged and why we have not been refunded. This is not what we expect from a hotel.com booking and we are concerned that this hotel is illegally taking money from customers without consent or communication, it’s very frustrating! We would not stay at Divi Divi again, and we look forward to hearing from an employee who will expedite a refund of this deposit immediately

Staff friendly and helpful. A well run diving operation. Good snorkeling. Relaxed atmosphere around the resort and the town. Great location. Within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Restaurants and bar were good.

Room was fantastic. Clean with daily cleanings. Strong AC. Amenities were fantastic. Decent snorkeling right in front of the resort at Calabas Reef. Restaurants were food. Staff throughout the resort were amazing!

We fortunately only needed to stay at this property to bridge our 7 day stay at Grand Windsock as we had an extra night prior to our flight home. The studio suite was nothing like in the pics. It was dated and smelled of mildew with black mold all over shower. It looks like they attempted to cover up floors and walls with paint but certainly was not renovated. They did not supply enough towels or linen and when I spoke with the front desk he said he could not do anything as houskeeping had left for day. Also a long way to transport out bags without help from front parking lot. The location was great and the pools ok. Will definitely not return.

Our room was one of the older ones. A bit worn. Housekeeping showed up around 4:30 or 5pm we were usually showering and getting ready for dinner. Needless to say room could not be cleaned at that time.

We loved our stay here! The dive shop staff were phenomenal. The Front Desk staff were always friendly & helpful. The restaurant staff were great & the food delicious! My only complaint was with housekeeping. We stayed five nights and they never cleaned our room or refreshed towels. On the 4th day I asked the front desk to ensure it was cleaned. We came back to our bathroom trash sitting on the desk, beds made but no fresh linens, and sand still all over the floors.

The ocean view, reef, dive shop staff, and pools made our trip amazing. We loved our visit especially the treatment we received from Greg’s dive shop staff ET, Jackie and Poppy made sure we were comfortable and taken care of while diving from the docks.

The resort is small, but very convenient to all. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Two pools, beautiful clear water to snorkel right there. We spent every afternoon watching the sun set. Our room was literally ON the water. So lovely.
