AMAZING Absolutely amazing hotel experience. 5 star reviews all the way. Welcome drink, flower and fresh towel on arrival. Staff takes you on tour of resort; which has lots to offer; multiple pools, snooker room, gym, spa, library, private access to beach. Rooms are generous with all needs catered for. Staff were great in arranging scooter hire for us as well as Gerry booking for the next day. Breakfast is unbelievable, probably the best I have ever eaten since there is so much choice and on site chefs. Book book book!
This resort has it all! Perfectly located and within walking distance to great food and bars. We booked a couples massage at the spa here and we were not disappointed. It is worth it! You get a private room. We looked at other places on the island and all of them were mats on the floor out in the open. Not a true spa experience. I would highly recommend a massage at this resort. Breakfast at this resort is amazing. Best resort breakfast I’ve had while in Thailand. My wife and I will be back in the future. We loved it here.
Great hotel. Located right at the beach so you can go swimming or try free kayaking when ever you want. Great and clean pool. They use ozone instead of chlorine to clean the water in the pool. Food was amazing and service always very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Wifi was also quite fast and rooms were very clean.
From the moment we arrived at Rawi Warin Resort everything fellt in the right place. The staff is extra friendly & welcoming and they gave us a beautiful room with a sea view to die for. The rooms are very clean, spacius, beautiful furnished and big bathrooms. The free toiletaries are some of the best cosmetics products I ever tried. The resort is big but they offer free troleys that can drive you everywhere you just need to call and they pick you up within minutes. Beach, pool, bars... everything amazing. Free towels, lovely sunbeds, no plastic. You really get a feeling of a 5 star treatement here. The breakfast in one of the best I ever tried staying mostly in 5* resorts. They offer everything your heart desires. Staff is extremely polite!
Super friendly and professional members of staff, great location, great accommodation, great food, great at everything. The best hotel I have ever been for sure - nice service, views and not pretentious at all. Keep up the good work guys! We’ll be back for sure!
We travelled here after visiting Ao Nang Beach and found it very relaxing. The Resort is beautiful and surrounded by acres of lush gardens which in itself is restive. The service is second to none from the Lobby staff to the pool attendants. Everyone is well trained and very respectful to their guests. Our room was large and very clean and was situated within our limits as far as climbing the hill (we did not use the free buggy shuttle). It was good to have the extra facilities such as table tennis tables and pool table available for free. The infinity pool is lovely and not crowded and having a lap pool available is also a bonus. We ate in the Watermark Restaurant the first night but found it a little expensive compared to the street restaurants. The Pool Bar has a good choice of cocktails but best to go during happy hour as they can be a bit expensive outside these hours. The air conditioning is good although a little noisy so we chose to sleep with it off. There is no remote. Loved the bathroom and the towels were thick! We will make this Resort our number one choice if we return to Koh Lanta even though the beach was short and the sand gritty. There is a lovely beach 10 kms up the road called Long Beach but the Rawi Warin Resort more than makes up for this small detail.
I stayed here for 4 nights in October with my boyfriend in the pond room. The bed was large and comfortable, the room was spacious with a large couch, tv, and desk. The washroom had a bath and shower. The room had great amenities: there was a small fruit bowl that is complimentary, you are given 4 bottles of water each day, there is a safe, new slippers, ironing board, hair dryer, umbrellas, and flashlight. The washroom had new toothbrushes, lotion, soap, shower caps, hair shampoo and conditioner, cotton tips, detergent, emery board and sewing kit. The room key is used to keep the power and a/c on the room so you can't leave everything running when you are not in the room. There are also buttons by the side of the bed to indicate if you want your room made up or if you do not want to be disturbed. The amenities on the ground are amazing. There is a great infinity type pool with plenty of sun loungers and then theres a lower more shallow pool with a kiddie slide and more lounge chairs. You can order food and drinks while at the pool. You can also directly access the beach from here. There is also a bar, two full restaurants, fitness room, ping pong tables, small boxing area, a business centre and a couple of shops although i never saw anyone in them. The breakfast buffet was great! It is served 6:30am - 10am each day and the selection and service is amazing. There is something here for everyone: fruits, cereal, pastries, salads, curry, rice, meats, veggies, yogurts, eggs, etc. Everything is tasty and there's always plenty of food. The service by the front desk staff was great. They helped me rent a scooter, called a local company to book my airport transfer and gave me beach towels. The wifi was being a bit wonky in my room but once i told the front desk they reset it for me and i didn't have any issues after that. The staff spoke English well. The location is in the middle of the island (on the west coast) which I think is very convenient to get around the island. There are a few restaurants and shops nearby but it isn't really a busy area. There is free scooter parking and there is always a security guard at the front of the entrance to the hotel so we always felt very safe. The only things I didn't like were that my room faced the washroom for the pool but we didn't really sit on the balcony as we didn't want to let mosquitoes in so that was ok and also the power would reset after 2 seconds (about once a day) which wasn't a big issues but always startles me. Also, the a/c unit can be quite noisy.
First time in Koh lanta first time at Rawi warin , Although far from Krabi-Airport but have resort's transfer service. I'm stay 4D3N very impressive on eats every meal and very lovely staff who take care me like family especially K.One K.Toon / K.Yard K.Bo along with K.Nong. Thank you very much
I really had a great experience staying at Rawi Warin for 4 Nights! Initially, i booked a pond room and requested for the best view as i wanted the trip to be a special one as i m about to propose to my gf but Ms Nadine from the reservation team suggested that i should upgrade my room to a villa. I decided to take her offer and guess what? the room is SUPER amazing and the view was stunning! Thank you so much Ms Nadine! :) i had no complains staying in the villa, the breakfast was very good, the staff always put a smile on their face, especially the people at the reception, they never fail to greet you when you walk pass them. Our villa is located right on top of the hill but getting up and down isn't a problem as the hotel provides buggy services to your room and down to the hotel lobby till midnight. I'll BE BACK >;] Abdul
This was our third stay at R.W.and have to say that the service gets better each time. Management has improved a lot over the years and our stay was very pleasant. Excellent rooms, good breakfast and very friendly and attentive staff. Not a big fan of the food in the restaurant but there are plenty of local restaurants nearby
