I booked the place initially for 2 days but due to poor weather condition we were unable to reach the other island and had to extend our stay at Pakasai... The hotel staff was so helpful they did not take advantage of the situation and extended our stay without hassle and correct price... Rooms are huge with separate bathtub outside the rooms the only problem was with too many insects outside.... The location of the hotel was perfect near to the market place and accessible from all areas... Proper cleanliness, good food and concerned staff.... In short an excellent and comfortable stay.... :) :)

the hotel was the best in the area! it was very clean, the staff were very attentive, and the location was perfect. close to some lovely local beaches which made for mini adventures on the scooters/bikes. we only had breakfast at the hotel and this was just the average cereals, toast, made to order eggs/omelettes, and fruits really. but there is a 7/11 literally opposite if you wanted to grab a fast bite. otherwise a walk down the main road offered many other meal options accompanied with fresh coconut water! amazing! we did miss a good old fry up but we loved the different culture and actually to us we were more into eating lunches and dinners out and about. the swimming pool however is not pumped with cold water and so throughout the day this just heated up which didn't make for a very refreshing dip definitely would stay here again and would recommend it the weather was very good too. out of 9 days we were there we only had 1 hour of heavy rain, oh the beds were huge!!!

I stayed in Pakasai resort for 2 nights. The location was very good, near the beach, shopping area and restaurants. However my room had many many mosquitoes. Other than that, i would recommend this resort.

In the middle of Krabi, but you could be anywhere in luxury but in a tropical paradise. The only downside is the walk, up hill to your room, but your cases are carried for you. The rooms are huge with just about everything you could need, if not speak to the staff who are most helpful, special thanks to Bowie, Camille, Jazz, Jie and So, (didn't get the names of all) but they were all great, couldn't have been more helpful or friendly during our stay. Thanks again

I went to Krabi to celebrate my birthday and I've booked a superior room. Unfortunetly when I went to my room (with an incredible view but old furnitures) I couldn't stay for 5 minutes because there was lots of employees renovating some rooms in the hotel closed mine. The aka was almost inside my head! Was terrible. I asked for another room and they changed me to another now, new but half size than what I've booked. Another thing, they said that I would get a birthday cake but I'm waiting until now .. Despite this, the infinity pool is amazing and the Pina Colada served there was the best one. The breakfast was perfect as well.

This review is long pending but had to complete it just to mention what an excellent property this is. The website promises what to expect and they were beyond our expectations. Wonderful service, excellent food and comfortable stay. Its complete value for money.

Have never been one to concentrate on all the bad points of a hotel, so let's start with the good points. The staff are ultra polite and could not be nicer, and the hotel is well placed and has some good points going for it. Unusually for hotels, you do not pay way over the odds for food and drink, it is little more than local bars and restaurants, and drinks at happy hour provide some of the best value in town. However, we found the beds simply awful. I've never come across rock hard beds like this anywhere in the world and found them virtually impossible to sleep on. They will probably last a thousand years as there is no give in them whatsoever. Staff provided a flimsy mattress topper but ten of these would have made little difference. We ended up using the cushioned seats from the two sofas in our room on top of the mattress in order to get a decent night's sleep. I understand some people do like hard beds and good luck to them, if you are not one of them be warned!

Some great staff around with smiling faces but some areas really need better maintenance and why the screeching 'alarm' from mid morning to mid afternoon each day? Breakfast is very good, grounds look great, and decent location (if you want 'central') but on the whole, not quite the eco resort i expected.

First impressions count and a little disapointed by the welcome after over 12hrs of travelling. You have to change into holidays clothes in a toilet if you arrive before 2pm and Ive never had that before. There's some nice people working here, but it wasnt as quiet and 'peaceful' as we hought it would be, from he photos etc. The pool music was a little excessive and I know others would have preferred no music. We spent 3 days here, it was ok, great breakfasts, any more time would have been a chore - due to the noise from the road etc.

beautiful resort, quiet located in he middle of aonang. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, most of them speak very good English. we always had loooong breakfasts, you sit beautifully at a pond, just covered with a roof, even if it rains you sit "outside". everyone finds something at breakfast you may like. rooms where spacious and clean. i definitely recommend to everyone. And if you travel with a pram, make sure you dont get a room on the hill...
