The resort has its own private beach which is very quiet and is away from the hasal basal of the city.If you are in this resort, you are disconnected from the krabi town which is 50 minutes drive. The resort is overall a good resort and is highly recommended for those people who want to relax.
Nice scenery, good for family vacation and pleasant warm service. We enjoy foods and drinks in hotel restaurant in front of the beach. There is many activities in the hotel and we wish to come back again!👍🏻👏🏻
A very charming hotel well maintained near of the beach. Very nice pool. Food is good, breakfast full of choice. Relaxing. Room Cozy, bathroom clean, nice size. Hotel a little bit outisde of the town, then for going out, you need to take a taxi. From the airport is a little bit far but the pkace is beautifull. take a walk a long the beach...just relax and enjoy the view !!
The beautiful the location of this hotel, the pathetic the service. We are staying in their highest room category but for no good. Wifi doesn't work!! Our private pool was filthy when we arrived!! Their tea/coffee replenishment is like a favour to guests- one tea bag per person. Their housekeeping facility closes at 10 pm and even if you need water they will make excuses! I asked them to clean the kitchen at 9.20 PM and they said we will do that only in the morning. On insistence, they agreed to do it but it was good for nothing as the house keeping person just mopped the floor and did not clean the kitchen!! And before I forget... no matter which room you are staying in...they will charge for water if you need more than 4 bottles!! We feel like fools to have wasted a lot of money, despite reading bad reviews.. The hotel turned out exactly like described here.
One of the things that makes the hotel stand out is the variety and the quantity of plants in the gardens. The gardens are really beautiful and match with the rich vegetation of the area. The room (Jacuzzi villa) is large enough and very well arranged. Especially the bathroom! All hotel areas are very clean. The sea is right in front of the hotel and is relatively clean. Breakfast is very good, with a good variety and good quality ingredients. The location of the hotel is very quiet but it necessarily requires a transport because it is far from any habitable area. We were renting a car and I strongly recommend it, because the cost of touk-touk is big. The staff is very polite and the service excellent. The problem is (as in the whole province) that they do not speak good English, so communication is a bit difficult. An exception was a girl at the reception and a guy who spoke very good English and helped us on various things. The Internet typically exists, but in fact it is rather non-existent.
Room: rooms are good/ clean and big. Location: was quite away from the main streat, Ao Nong, it has everything you need. it took us almost 30 mins(20KM) from this place. Amenities/ Services: Hotel restaurant close at 10 pm, and if you need anything then they have sorry face, which is a shame of hotel with room Services are run by highly unprofessional staff, if you ask anything they will show a poker face and show you from where to get it, this happened to me while we were having breakfast.worst thing is kids are running the show. it is very difficult to explain, as they do not know English. we stayed there for 3 nights. my suggestion is BIG NOoooo.
I would say the service quality and staff training still need to be improved. Upon check in we saw the staff were not in stationed area, playing mobile and sitting in the sofa instead. That was the first impression have been tarnished. Afterwards, the room got to sewage smell when I stepped in, and we do not want to move in due to very late night. What the more, the noisy of A/C have been wake us up for a while and room looks tired, blind not properly on the position. You get what you paid for but at the very least, shall provide a well maintained room facility on the basis of 4 Stars resort.
You get what you pay. It's cheap compared with the rest of the hotels of Tubkaek, but the installations are not well maintain. The restaurant it's a little bit expensive for Thailand, but the truth is that the food is quite good. I missed more entertainments, let's say singing performances at night in the bar, swimming pool activities... Finally, we had a very bad experience with their transport service to the airport. The driver was out of his mind, speeding a lot even under heavy rain. We asked him to slow down but he didn't care. He was even shouting and singing in a strange behavior. The hotel should take care about the kind of driver they hire. If you're staying in a Tubkaek I'd suggest pay a little bit more and stay in other hotel.
The hotel itself is a little far from the ao nang resort. This comes with ups and downs- on the positive side the hotel beach was completely unspoilt and absolutely beautiful; on the down side you need to take a taxi to get to the resort for restaurants and bars etc. The taxi takes about 20 minutes and the lowest we negotiated (in low season) was 400 baht each way for 2 people. The hotel offers a shuttle once a day but it's not any cheaper. The first room we were given was very old and in need of renovation, we asked to change as this was not the category we had reserved. Our new room was recently renovated so much better, even if the bathroom area was a little old. The rest of the facilities did seem a little tired, probably seen better days. Staff were friendly.
We lived in room 715 which u can swim directly to the pool, good breakfast, good food on resturant, neighbour restaurants are amazing, boat trip from the beach to. , mountain trip near hotel. 15 min 2 Ao Nang
