Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Nalinee, Joy & Yui, who helped my husband with his knee injury throughout the trip. Room service was amazing as staff were very attentive. We had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect, 5 minutes from the beach/restaurants/bars but so quiet at night. The room and bed was HUGE, and we loved the choice of pools. Very helpful staff too - we booked a cooking class that never turned up to collect us, and the hotel helped us book a different one for the next day. The only thing was that we had lizards in our room multiple times - we didn't mind, and it felt like with the nature of the hotel it was bound to happen - but if you are scared of lizards, just be aware! Otherwise, amazing hotel :)

Great hotel, very central, short walk to amenities and the beach. Friendly and very helpful staff, only had lunch a couple of times however the food and services was great.
