The property is cute but there is no view. I was quite disappointed with the experience, the staff seemed so nice, responded to my messages, however the team was informed I would get engaged in Thailand and when it happened, I confirmed to them. It was even lighty informed to me at the desk so they were aware, however we got a room on the ground floor, with mould in the bathroom, and nothing special in the room, not even a note! very sad.

Bad experience

When we returned from our daily trip there was a water cut. The resposible person could not help and did not know English. At the end ,we bought bottles of water from the market and had a shower with that. The management did not do anything and even did not appologize about this situation. It was a terrible experience for us.

We had a comfortable stay here as a family of four. We had the family attic room, which was perfect for us. The property was conveniently located, and a short walk to the beach and the hustle and bustle of Ao nang strip. There is a 7-eleven outside on the corner, should you need extra drinks ect. The staff were lovely and accommodating, and helped us by calling the transfer company. We would definitely stay here again,

We really enjoyed our stay at Mini House! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the location was great about a 10 minute walk to the local beach and so many good restaurants all along the main road. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

The property is in a good location, a short walk to the Ao Nang Beach and main street. Lots of restaurants are nearby. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They offer shuffle/transfer booking to other destinations at a reasonable price. We booked with the agents on the street who has charged overprice.

Perfectly located along the streets of Aonang. There's a 711 right outside the hotel which made it super convenient for us to grab late night snacks and drinks before heading back to the room.

Good stay.

Good stay at a reasonably priced modern-ish and well located boutique-like hotel. Would have been nice to have a pool but that's my only complaint. Breakfast was nice!

Great location and lovely staff

This hotel is situated in what appears to be an open plan Bungalow. It's situated relatively close to Aonang Beach (quite literally just a straight walk down, about a 10 minute stroll with plenty of shops and some street food stalls dotted along the path, and you really can't get lost). There's a 24 hour 7-11 convenience store which is well stocked with anything you could quite possibly need. The staff at Mini House Aonang are really helpful and speak good English + I've heard them conversing fluently in Chinese as well. There was an instance where I required them to help me liase with a tour operator to switch the trip to the day after as I was rather exhausted from the strenuous activities the day before and didn't feel quite up to it on the day itself. The staff promptly helped me reschedule it and even helped book a more relaxing tour for the day itself (pickup was literally confirmed for 20 minutes after, at a really reasonable price). Breakfasts are served in sets and is a pleasant start to the day before all the island hopping or kayaking that you'll be doing! The rooms are cleaned only if you take your room key to the front desk and request cleaning - which works really well. Water was replenished daily.

Nice little boutique hotel.

The rooms are new and clean.The staff was really helpful. The breakfast was really good! If you leave food around in your room you may attract ants. I thought this was a really nice little hotel with great value. They've put some effort into making it pretty and positive service. I would stay there again. I thought it was nice it was a bit away from all the action near the beach too.

Excellent hotel. Great location, close to every thing you need. Amazing front desk. Friendly, helpful and able to converse in english. Able to book rafting tours, car rentals and bike rentals at reasonable pricing, they would not rip off your money. Great breakfast; latte with tuna sandwich is good. Book airport transfers from hotel is most convenient as price per vehicle is charged, and they are punctual.
