The staff were great. The hotel is clean, the rooms are a good size, the water pressure is acceptable, it is quiet (unless noisy guests are resident) and the beds are fine, if you like firm beds. It is in walking distance to the town. The staff will help you arrange excursions. We stayed here because we arrived late on a flight but then we chose to come back because we were unhappy with our accommodation in Railey Beach. Happy we did.

Nice little place to stay in Krabi. The owner is very nice and ready to help anytime. We left earlier as we had to meet some other friend. If you want to stay in a inexpensive place who is calm,clean that is the place. Nothing fancy

This is a new building, very clean and ideally located just off the main road in a quiet neighborhood. The only negative is that because if they way it is constructed, the sound proofing is terrible.

Great in a pinch! We had to leave Phi Phi a day early because of weather, and Baan Ssamrarn was convenient, really reasonable priced, and very accommodating. The bathroom was very clean which was a huge improvement from our previous Thailand accommodations. It was also in walking distance to good food and massages :) Would definitely recommend!

It was a lovely hotel made nicer by the actions of the propriorator and his fellow staff. Well connected to various markets and sea port together with taxis. Also provides the opportunity to seat outside and mingle with fellow guests which iI hadnt found with other places I stayed in. So overall will recommend Baan Samrarn.

Excellent budget hotel

Budget hotel. Very clean, fast WiFi (35mbs download). Front desk was helpful and friendly. Couple of mins walk from town. Would recommend for anyone looking for good no frills accommodation.

Great location, friendly people, but beds rock hard. However we think this is a Thailand thing rather than hotel. Overall recommended, but don't dare to ask for more than the given 2 towels. No chance!

Basic but very clean

The owners of the hotel were very pleasant! It’s a very clean hotel! Basic amenities. Very close to the food market and airport shuttle. Very helpful with regards to koh phi phi transportation and ferry ticket purchase.
