Villa Montanara was built in 2011 and can accommodate 10 people. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is spacious (living room on the ground floor 100m2) and the equipment is luxurious and comfortable. Classification and equipment take into account a wide variety of needs. The house is suitable for a large family, a family with grandparents, two families or couples. Since a bedroom with bathroom is on the ground floor, the apartment can also be used by the disabled.
The little ones are also thought of: microwave, stroller, cot and chest of drawers are available. From the living room you have direct access to the large terrace and the garden. Children can play safely here as there is little traffic in the area. There is a large balcony on the first floor, and a roof terrace offers a wonderful view of the slopes and the mountain peaks of Italy.
