Great Location - Centre of Kota Bharu

The house is awesome. Fulfilled basic amenities. Swimming pool under maintenance. Having trouble to park. Design of the building is weird and there were a lot of pillar around the parking area. Barrier fence for exit parking only can lift for 5 seconds hence my car being hit by that. Luckily the barrier fence been well wrapped.
