unfit to stay

the hotel is terrible,smelly.check in and found it horrible and can't get refund.did'nt stay and chech in at other more pleasant.not recommended even though if it's free lodging.very upset unable to get my refund even not staying at that hotel.should removed it from your list before others lodge more complain to you.

Only use this hotel if it's the last in town

Terrible Hotel, dirty old and disgusting. Would never stay there again.The rooms were filthy from the carpets to the rotten doors and broken plaster. The bathroom was filthy with what looked like permanent stains on the sink and toilets. Location was OK, quite near to all tourist places, although theres not much to do in Kota Bharu.

Hotel lama, kotor dan usang.

Hotel nampak kotor dan usang. Perlu diperbaiki segera. Bilik tidak dibersih dengan baik untuk keselesaan pelanggan yang baru masuk bilik-masih terdapat tuala mandi dari pelanggan sebelumnya.
