The villa is situated within the grounds of the exclusive Bay View Villas resort, 3kms out of the seaside town of Sunny beach. The villa offers three bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins all with en-suite shower rooms, a comfortable lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, cutlery, crockery, glassware, & cooking utensils), with a balcony and terrace for sunbathing and a path with direct access to the phase 3 pool. The upstair bedrooms and living room areas benefit from air conditioning. Fresh linen and towels provided.

Within the grounds is a stunning pool area with swim up bar and a dedicated children’s pool. The resort is gated and pedestrianised offering a safe environment for families. For those seeking a restful holiday, Bay View offers tranquility and stunning views. An exclusive spa offers top rate treatments and relaxation.

The restaurant terrace on the roof of the spa and the pool bar terrace enjoy quite spectacular vistas of the bustling resort of Sunny Beach and the beautiful Black sea coastline. If you are looking for a more lively holiday then Bay View offers a Crazy Golf course, Volleyball, Gym, Sports Bar (pool, darts, etc) and a children’s play area.

Great Holiday Home

Lovely house on a nice complex, the house is well maintained and has everything you would need for a holiday the pool directly outside the house is very nice for an early swim or when returning after a day out. We ate a few times in the onsite restaurant and enjoyed the food and service the views are stunning. We did have a car so could get around easily. But also found the resort bus made it very easy to get to sunny beach and very helpful in taking us to Kahn’s tent for an evening . We are a family of 5 (grandparents, parents and a 3 year old ) We all had such a brilliant time the holiday flew by and we were really sad to leave .

Excellent place to stay. Only 10 minutes away from sunny beach. With regular shuttle service to Sunny beach. Pool was fabulous and kids had a ball

Perfect location for a family holiday

Vesi 17 is a very well maintained villa with everything you could need for a family getaway (although our children are all old enough to cope with stairs - the tiled stairs could be a concern for younger families). The villa is air conditioned and rooms are a good size. The kitchen is small, but had everything you'd need in it (we didn't actually do any cooking). There is a small, but very pleasant shared pool just outside and lovely views over Sunny Beach. The Bay View Villas complex is great for a family. There are two larger pools, a bar (not a noisy one) and a roof top restaurant. The majority of the complex is pedestrian only, making it safe enough for children to walk around safely. The complex offers a bus / taxi service into Sunny Beach, removing the problem of parking in town. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. All in all a great holiday!

Wonderful holidays

We spent wonderful holiday from 26/06/16 till 11/07/16. The villa is well equipted and very clean. Good for 2 families with children. There is a swimming pool near the villa where you can spend time for relaxing... By the way there are many very good beaches and restaurants not far from.... in 5-7 minutes by car. I have only very good impression. Hope to come back next year. Thank you dear Duncan for your hospitality!!!!!!!

Het geheel ziet er best aardig uit, voor prijs kwaliteit verhouding is het prima in orde.

Het park zelf is heerlijk rustig, de mensen zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wel was er weinig of geen animatie voor kinderen, of volwassenen. Pluspunt is dat er busdienst is, waar we veelvuldig gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Het park zelf kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruik, maar her en der gebeuren er wel wat. Uitzicht was prachtig, zwembadjes ok, wel iets onderhoud nodig wat bestrating enzo betreft. De eigenaar was ook behulpzaam, wel was het contact via mail.. maar dat is prima..
