Location was very nice and great views from the balcony and patios. Hotel is showing it age and needs some improvements. Our beds were bad, felt like sleeping in a hammock is sunk so much. Towels were well used. Patio loungers were stained. Hopefully they do some upgrades in the off season

The positives: lobby and bar area are very nice. Breakfast buffet has a nice variety. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a nice sea view from the rooms. It is a short walk to the old town. The negatives: we booked a top-tier room and, while spacious, it was grubby and worn. The carpets were old and dirty; the towels were threadbare, rough, and small; the one pillow per person was lumpy and uncomfortable; the towel warmer in the bathroom was broken; and the room lacked even the most basic amenities — there were no toiletries, no iron, no coffee maker, no tissues. The pillows were old and lumpy and the toilet paper was like sand paper. We had to ask housekeeping staff to clean our room and give us fresh towels after the third day. It is impossible to shower without getting water everywhere due to the shower set up. I would not recommend this hotel, especially as compared to the other accommodations we had in Croatia. The hotel appears to have been built in the 1980s and last updated then. The rooms and amenities need a major refresh.

Fabulous location with a beautiful view of the harbour and Korcula old town. Easy walk along the coast to town and boat trips. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was amazing

What a wonderful hotel! We were welcomed with an upgrade to a suite facing the sea and delighted that breakfast was included. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was great and everything was super clean. The view towards Old Town Korcula is amazing and the hotel is walkable from old town and the ferry terminal (although it goes a bit up so better to pack light!). The staff is super friendly and we were able to leave our luggage after check-out until our ferry departure time.

The room as well as the whole hotel needs an update. The carpet was in pretty bad shape in our room and lots of the furniture in the public areas has seen better days. Breakfast is good with large selection and a nice view of the harbor. The place is average.

Hotel was in a perfect location, only 10 mins walk into the old town with gorgeous views. Hotel was very clean, rooms were of a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner had lots of choice and of a good standard.

Luxurious hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel very much. We had a short walk from the ferry and were greeted by a smiling woman with a great sense of humor. Our towel and linens were especially soft and luxurious.

The hotel is located across the harbour from the city and guests are required to walk along a concrete walk that passes by a large abandon building which appears to have been some sort of beach club. Windows are broken garbage is every where and most of the interior furnishing left to rot. Further along there is remnents of other businesses. It's gruby and not a comfortable walk at night.

This hotel was significantly worse than the pictures would lead you to believe. It had potential, but there were too many issues to overlook. We got the room upgraded for comfort beds, and only one of the two double mattresses was actually softer, and only barely. The regular mattress was basically just a piece of fabric right over the springs underneath and quite hard. The carpet seemed dirty and after cleaning up, I looked under the bed to find a disgusting unknown food item. The furniture was dusty. The towel rack was falling off the wall and overall the bathroom just made no sense. The tub was too high off the ground and felt precarious climbing in and out. The shampoo was locked in a slot next to the sink while the hand and body wash, which was the same tube for some reason, was locked into a slot in the shower. You have to open the shower door to access the soap next to the sink while showering, which was just a bizarre configuration. We ran out of soap on the last day and had to ask for more, but that required the cleaning staff to enter the room and unlock the soap at a time in the morning where we really wanted more privacy. Breakfast was ok, but not great and your money is better off being spent at any number of the places along the walk to old town. They ran out of towels one of the two times we asked and didnt have drinkable tap water for most of our stay. Overall, quite disappointing and shocking to see this listed as a 4 star hotel.
