A large and excellent Hotel in the city center. This adds convenience but cross street in the front of the hotel is dangerous. There was no street crossing sign and left side view is limited while the drivers do not slow down.

Nice experience in a great big room for a family of 4. Rooftop restaurant was great. Shower needed a little repair, and a bit odd to not have AC working in room. Hard to only use bottled water as water stations are so easy to provide for fresh water. Disappointed that the fitness center did not offer water stations to re-fill water.

good hotel with disinterested staff

their reception employee was not service minded and did not give us any information either about the hotel, breakfast, or anything else that could be important as one should do. they looked very grumpy and not interested in providing a good service. the hotel is good but one day guests come to the swimming pool and therefore the guests are of different character including the local people. Their restaurant on the 18th floor was really good and nice staff

It’s an ok hotel for a short trip to Konya. The mevlana tomb is about ten minutes away by taxi. The food options are not that great and you should plan your time around their restaurant hours which were misleading. The front office thought their ON8 restaurant was to open at 12pm whereas it never did until after 12:30pm. So it can waste time if the timings are not clear. Overall good value for the money but nothing upscale about this property.

I really liked this hotel however the reception staff spoke hardly any English and communication was not great The only two receptionist that were very helpful were Fathin and Sanye There were no excursions available so find your own. No buses or train run to city centre so I had to keep catching a cab all the time. On the plus side they have a swimming and hamman for females only which is brilliant The continental buffet is wicked I loved it The rooms are big and spacious and the beds are really comfortable.

Der var mange valgmuligheder, og alt var frisk. Personalet på hotellet var meget venlige, hjælpsomme og opmærksomme. Vi følte os meget velkomne og godt behandlet.
