This hotel is very bad, dirty smell in the room and the WC. There is no water in WC for many hours in morning. The price compared to value is very high. It must rated one star. The Furniture is very old and broken. The mattress causes back ache.

Great location. The window in our room needed to be replaced since it could not shut completely and the cigarette smoke from pedestrians in the street was constantly entering our room. The hotel people were extremely nice. Also there was a lot of noise from the street traffic. So if you don’t mind any of this then this is the the right hotel for you.

The building was old, and the bathroom had a strong sewer smell. The windows were worn out, and the noise from the street, even with the windows closed, made it hard to sleep comfortably.

The toilet is not cleaned when we checked in even though the clean ribbon was wrapped around the toilet seat. The bathroom also smells bad because there’s no exhausting fan. The parking guy is nice though

This hotel is situated in the city center, within walking distance to the Mevlana museum and the cultural center, as well as some authentic restaurants. We were pleased with the wide breakfast selection and the clean room overlooking the square.

It’s definitely not a 4 star quality hotel and I have stayed in many hotels around the world. The bathroom is archaic typical of a 2 star or 3 star hotel. I would not have booked it and paid that kind of money for this hotel. Currently I am in the Crowne Plaza and intend to stay in other hotels in Turkey. Your rating of this hotel has cast a shadow on reliability on scoring!!

Very friendly staff. Caring and helpful. The hotel has a nice view of Mevlana Museum. The hotel is just besides Mevlana museum, as well as the Bazzar. Very convenient to stay around the attractions areas. Breakfast had rich menu with several options.

This hotel is directly across from the Mevlana Museum and within minutes of everywhere we planned to visit, by walking. The beautiful lobby was a great place to relax. Attentive staff and room cleaning daily, without requesting it. Although on a busy street, the room was very quiet.
