My name is Mato Rilovic, I am the owner of family house in Cavtat,Dubrovnik region with 6 brand new luxury apartments marked by 4 stars.Nice new six apartments comes with one bedroom and two bedrooms, all of them with a beautiful sea and city views. The apartments are equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, all rooms are air conditioned with free Internet access and satellite Tv.The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Ironing facilities are also available on request. Daily housekeeping is on the guest disposal without any extra charge.

This apartment is situated on the first floor. It sleeps 2-3 guests and has open plan kitchen and daily room with sofa bed/lounge and a dining room. There is also one sleeping room (twin bed) that opens onto a balcony with space for dining, plus a shower room.

Each apartment has access to the shared terrace in front of the property, Barbecue with accessory and space for relaxation.Daily housekeeping is on the guest disposal without any extra charge.

Our property is located within walking distance of the city’s main beaches.
