Schöner Urlaub

Das Appartement war sehr schön und groß. Der Blick auf den Hafen und das Riesenrad war toll. Leider ist es abends etwas laut aber es sind ja auch mehrere Bars und Restaurants direkt vor Ort. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir würden es ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfohlen.

An sich eine schöne Unterkunft, sehr zentral gelegen, 250 Meter vom Strand. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Schwimmbad und Sauna sind sehr schön, sauber und im guten Zustand. Leider war unser Apartment nicht im besten Zustand: alle Wände angeschlagen, Türrahmen im Bad ziemlich vergammelt, einige Kanten der Scheuerleisten haben gefehlt und der Wasserkocher konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Ansonsten haben wir uns aber wohl und sicher gefühlt.

Ein sehr schneller freundlicher Check-In. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, modern und ansprechend eingereichtet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man benötigt und das Badezimmer schön groß und hell. Die Lage ist optimal für alle möglichen Beschäftigungen. In der Nähe sind einige tolle Restaurants und genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden und ein Zugang zum großzügigen Wellness Bereich ist inklusive gewesen. Wir haben uns im 5 OG sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung und Vermieter gerne weiter. Der Checkout verlief ebenfalls problemlos.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.Es gab einen Innen und Aussenpool ,Sauna und ein kleines Sportstudio.Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt.Hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen.

Das Apt. war sehr sauber,die Unterkunft bot Schwimmbäder, Sonnenterrassen, einen gut ausgestatteten Fitnessbereich und ein Spielzimmer für Kinder. Die Lage war hervorragend aber abends laut.Bei Anreise gab es weder Seife/Duschgel und mussten durch uns beschafft werden (vielleicht ist das in Appartements so üblich?). Für viele Dinge sollte extra bezahlt werden (Bademäntel, große Handtücher ect.). Für das Apt. erhielten wir nur 1 Schlüssel,was kompliziert war, wenn wir getrennt unterwegs waren. Die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption verlief nicht konfliktfrei. Nach der Meldung an der Rezeption,dass unser Wäscheständer defekt sei, wurde uns ein Ersatz erst nach eindringlicher Erläuterung, dass eine 5-Pers. Fam. eine Trockenmöglichkeit benötigt, zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei Anreise haben wir Frühstück für 7 Tage im Restaurant für ca. 16 €/p.P. gebucht. Nach dem 1. Frühstück stellten wir fest, dass es kein Buffet, sondern lediglich eine feste Speisekarte gab. Diese entsprach nicht den Vorstellungen unserer Kinder.Wir wollten das Frühstück (qualitativ war es sehr gut) dann ganz oder tlw. stornieren.Die Storno wurde zwar angenommen, aber ohne Erstattung! Mit dem Hinweis,das zu bestellen,was den Kindern schmeckt, sollten dies dann aber noch extra bezahlen.Erst nach einer Diskussion hat man davon Abstand genommen. Eine weitere Rolle Toilettenpap. mussten wir selbst kaufen!Im Ergebnis spricht es nicht für Kundenfreundlichkeit und wir würden dieses Appartement so nicht noch einmal buchen.

Wir waren als 6köpfige Familie da und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Die Lage ist großartig, das Meiste fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung sauber, die Anlage toll ausgestattet mit Hallenbad, Sauna und Außenpool. Die Austattung(Geschirr) der Wohnung könnte mal wieder etwas aufgestockt werden. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert!

Alles in allem war es eine super Unterkunft die Appartments sind Modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber auch das Haus und das Schwimmbad waren immer gepflegt einziges Manko sind die Öffnungszeiten des Büros da es keinen Notfall Service gibt wenn das Büro geschlossen hat.

Ostseespass auch bei schlechtem Wetter

Objekt wurde erst 2019 fertiggestellt, daher aktuell noch alles in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir hatten ein Appartement zum Innenbereich, daher äußerst leise. Die Appartements zur südlichen Straße sind aber definitiv mehr vom Bar- und Straßenlärm beeinflusst. Beheizter Außenpool ist im Juli und August in Betrieb, Innenpool durchgehend.

Sehr sauberes und komfortables Appartement. Das dazugehörige Schwimmbad und die Sauna ist auch angenehm und erholsam, besonders nach den Kilometerlangen Herbstspaziergängen.

Die zentral gelegene Unterkunft beinhaltet alle Annehmlichkeiten (volle Ausstattung) samt Schwimm-Wellnessbereich. Leider war in unserem Fall der Fernseher kaputt (erst am 9.Tag unseres Aufenthalts ausgetauscht obwohl am 2.Tag gemeldet). Zudem gibt es nur polnische Sender. Ausserdem war die ersten 3 Tage die Sauna defekt. Wir haben eine Wohnung zur Hauptstrasse/Protzmeile gebucht was aber mit grosser Lärmbelästigung verbunden war bedingt durch Autos unterhalb der Unterkunft vorhandenen Kneipen (Wohnungen zur Parkseite sind sicherlich ruhiger).

Ich rate neuen Gästen, darauf zu achten, dass die betten 80 cm breit sind. Unsere waren deutlich schmaler. Sonst ist die Lage und auch das Haus hervorragend. Den großen Pool im Untergeschoss haben wir gerne genutzt.
