Why we Love this area:
Poipu Kai is one of the best areas to stay in Poipu on the sunny south side of the Garden Island. The meandering greenbelt walking paths make for a nice stroll to some great beaches. Manualoha is THE closest to Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach Park, with the resort pool overlooking the beautiful coastline. These beaches are known for snorkeling, boogie boarding, surfing, swimming, turtle spotting, and whale watching in the winter. Poipu Beach Park is a lifeguarded beach.

Additional Poipu Kai amenities our guests are welcome to enjoy include the Poipu Kai tennis club and The Poipu Kai pool near the local favorite "Kalapaki Joe's."

Please be advised that a roofing project will be in progress at this condo complex from January through April. Expect construction noise, limited parking, and restricted access to some areas, including lanais/patios. More details will be provided as your trip approaches, including the schedule of buildings once the project begins.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Poipu condo

We had a lovely time at this condo, it is spacious and fully equipped with everything you would need. Snorkel gear was appreciated and used. It is convenient to several shopping areas with a 5 minute drive, and close to Poipu beach as well.

Suggestions: Cleaning: Needs to be more thorough…seems like only surface cleaning done. Need cleaning under coffee table, under cushions, behind dresser upstairs. Carpets need shampooing. Some of the blinds need to be replaced. This is no reflection on Caldwell Bankers Island Vacations. Ashley is amazing! She helped with our TV troubleshooting. And we had a chain smoker in the unit below us! She did what was necessary to help the situation!

this condo worked out great given the location of other famiy memebers staying at manualoha. We've been staying at Manualoha since the 1987 and it never disapoints. I will say that this unit could use a bit of an update but over all it was terrific

Very nice condo. Great location. Expected AC but only had one portable floor standing unit in the master Bedroom and none in the second bedroom. Liked the property but don’t move any chairs or be charged $$. Unit is not handicapped accessible. Main entrance on 2nd floor.
