Located on a picturesque lava bluff, our top floor condo offers privacy, cooling trade winds and panoramic ocean vistas which a camera can't begin to capture.
Crashing waves, migrating whales and sunrise/sunset views are what you'll see as you relax on the lanai or in the living space. Our unit is a spacious 2 bedroom, + loft, 2.5 bath with over 1100 sq. ft. of living space. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, fully private en suite bathroom and ceiling fan. There is additional square footage and sleeping space in the well appointed loft which has two twin beds. The twin beds can be converted to one king size bed upon request. An additional air mattress and twin bed mattress is also available. Porta crib and toddler chair are also provided if needed.
The unit is designed to maximize privacy with the living and dining space on the first level, bedrooms on the second level and loft on the third level.
The well equipped gourmet kitchen has cherry wood cabinets and granite counter tops. The stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser.
There is high speed wireless internet to keep you connected, and each bedroom, loft and the living room has it's own t.v. with cable service.
Beach chairs, Egyptian beach towels, umbrellas cooler, aqua shoes, snorkeling sets and more are included for your days at the beach. Be sure to ask about all the beach amenities we provide.
A full size washer and dryer are also in the unit.

The condo complex itself offers several amenities. There is a private swimming pool and heated spa central to your building. A lighted tennis court and a protected lava rock barbecue grill pavilion are also onsite.
Poipu is on the Southern and sunniest point of Kauai. Poipu Beach Park is a short 6 block walk away. The surrounding lava rocks at that beach create a protected swimming area perfect for children. At the adjacent beach you can swim with sea turtles and boogie board. Surfing is also close by at the Hyatt and Marriott Resorts' public beaches and Shipwrecks Beach. A short ride or doable walk from the condo provides more surfing, snorkeling and wave boarding opportunities.
Poipu also hosts an array of restaurants, shopping experiences and farmers markets.
Also, be sure to do some day tripping! The nearby Poipu Bay Golf Course is minutes away and open to the public.The lush North Shore, Waimea Canyon, bustling Kapaa and water and hiking adventures will provide a lifetime of wonderful memories.
