Perfect location and great place to stay

The pool and hot tub were great. The grounds are beautiful and the location near all the great beaches. You'll definitely need a car staying here but the beach and local stores are a short drive. Great setup and nice to have a kitchen if you like purchasing local produce to bring back.

Nice condo in good location

The condo was great, stocked with what we needed. There were 6 beach towels, a hard cooler and 4 beach chairs as well. The area was quiet and the pool and hot tub were nice to use. Beds were comfortable enough. Nice and close to drive to beaches and shopping areas/restaurants. Improvements: Would have been nice to have a tv in the bedroom on the main floor. The wifi was absolutely terrible, couldn’t get it to work properly.

Pili Mi Condo

Second floor condo 15 min walk to the beach. Condo had multiple issues initially. Microwave was broken, cabinet door was falling off and privacy latch to bathroom wasn’t working. Wi-Fi was very weak to nonexistent. Condo is in need of remodel and paint. We contacted management about issues and they came in promptly and fixed cabinet door and privacy latch and put an out of order sign on microwave. Wi-Fi issues went on for five days, until on the sixth day it was rebooted by spectra link and started working for our last two days. Bar stools are falling apart and a hazard. Even with these issues, we had a good time on Kauai and will return, just not to this condo.They did bring in another microwave on sixth day and the property owner gave us a small credit for not having a microwave for 5 days.

Issue with bugs

The stay wasn’t too bad 95!34 than an issue with some small ants that got into EVERYTHING in the kitchen. Tried to resolve it with property management and it was brushed off a little bit and no one came. This was a year ago, so hopefully the issue is resolved now

Wonderfull property would stay here again

Great place. Close to everything and had all the amenities. My one complaint would be that you need extra bedding. The comforters on the the 2 beds are thin and then just having a set of sheets and a fleece blanket for each of the pullouts was not enough. We have people who sleep at different tempature and a few people we’re always cold while others were fine. Having a few more blankets to throw on would have been great. But other than that everything was perfect!

The property was perfect! We always rent mostly to use it to sleep through the night as we are always out and about. But this is not the case for this awesome and perfect place. I don't even know where to start on describing which room was best. But the moment we entered the place, we were in awe on how clean and well prepared this place was. As we proceeded from room to room we couldn't find an on-sight flaw. From lighting to cleanliness to accommodating ambiance, the place was just perfect. It was so perfect that we couldn't just sleep for the night after a long day, as we wanted to utilize every single moment we stayed at this place. We even used the pool and barbecue to cook some steak. The amenities it also provided were top-notch, there were bikes in the garage for you to use, I mentioned the pool, and all utilities for you to feel at home including security for your stay. And of course all beach items including towels and chairs are at hand. I couldn't stress enough how lucky we were that we found this place and I am sure we will look up this place again when we visit Kauai next time. Two thumbs up and highly recommended!!!

Nice stay

Nice, clean community, walking distance to shops. Clean condo. Amenities a little dated, but fine. I was looking forward to the biggie boards, but they were not in the garage.

Baseball Tournament made enjoyable!!

Other than a couple snafus this property is awesome. One if the best locations I’ve found when visiting g family in Kauai. Clean and exactly as shown.
