View types need to be requested at the time of booking. Requests are taken, but not guaranteed, as units are assigned at the time of check-in by the front desk. The property has two View Categories (Island or Ocean). Rates are defaulted for an Island View Category. Rates for an Ocean View Category may be higher and require an additional fee.

** The state of Hawaii assesses an occupancy tax payable to the resort at checkout ranging between $10 and $24 per night based on the occupied villa type.

** Please make sure to check local travel requirements before you book and before you leave. Guests may request for additional fresh towels, linens, bath soaps, kitchen soaps and napkins during their stay with the onsite concierge. Guests who request for additional servicing/housekeeping of the apartment during their stay may be subject to an additional housekeeping fee which can be arranged onsite with management only.

**PLEASE KNOW: It's best to stay from either Friday-Friday, Saturday-Saturday OR Sunday-Sunday and arrive a bit earlier than the standard 4PM Check-In time. This allows you to be assigned the best unit within your category. The Resort Units' Layout is U-Shaped with the beach and pools in the center of the "U"-Layout. All units (Island or Ocean category) that are placed "Inward Facing" and high-floor will have the best location/views. While special requests are not guaranteed, the front desk will do their best to accommodate our request for "Inward-Facing" unit and high-floor (if desired), however, this special request can only be accommodated if you are able to arrive early on either Friday, Saturday OR Sunday.
