A very good Ayurvedic resort, we had a pleasant experience and the doctors very extremely good.I was here for almost a month and location too close to nature & away from the Urban world. Thank you team :)
Though I was already biased about Kerala being the most beautiful state I have ever visited, this hotel made me fall in love with Kerala. Apart from amazing experience , one thing that needs a must mention here is FOOD. You can enjoy any cuisine you like seating by the backwater . A Special mention even goes to the ambience of the SUNSET BAR. Morning can be filled with boat ride to the nearest mangrove forest and Kappil Beach which is arranged by the resort. The resort has got it's own houseboat and you can enjoy a ride there as well . But The most special part of this resort is the service provided by house keeping, reception and the restaurant . If I would get a chance , I would go back to this resort and this place again.
This was the best place to be in our complete Kerela Trip... We had only 2 days but i am sure i can spend a lot of thime in this property alone... The pool is huge and quite. They have in house Yoga and Spa as well. The food is good.. The hotel organises for a boat ride as well. The boat ride was awesome.. They show the mangroves which was one awesome Experience !!.... The staff is warm and friendly... Thank you so much guys, You are doing exceptionally good job !
Superb hotel in a wonderful immense garden with exotic flowers and palm treesoasis of beauty and calm with a nice swimming pool . Clean and comfortable rooms with a nice view on the garden and backwaters. Personnal attentive to all our demands. Excellent dinner and breakfast good advises from the chef of the kitchen. Paradise
We booked the hotel based on the reviews and pictures we’ve seen... to my surprise, the scenery was even better than the pictures. The meet and greet was very warm and the room was spacious and comfortable with a great view over the lake. The satellite channels and internet connection are very good. Breakfast buffet could do much better. Don’t don’t don’t book any trips through the hotel as they charge double the price for anything (that’s why I’m giving this review a 4 stars rating) With the amount of money they charge, they could definitely renovate the walls of the rooms (instead of the worn out wall paper) and the front desk staff could use a bit of smile... the highlight of the stay was the gardening, housekeeping, restaurant staff who are super warm and friendly and giving you the best smile all the time
I stayed in a room with lake view which was just right for me as I was on my own, I loved my balcony and the big bed, but there are some noise issues with the piping and water tank - I got used to this. The villas are lovely, and would be great for two. There were some issues at the beginning with the room but these were mostly resolved very quickly by the kind, helpful staff. The staff make this place extra special, with always being there to chat to or just for a hello. The grounds of the Resort are beautiful with flowers and greenery all around, theres little benches all along the lake side where you can sit and admire the backwaters. The sunset bar is a good idea, but would be great if it were open in the day. The pool is clean and a nice spot to rest and theres a badminton court too. If you want to take a trip out the staff will help advise on what to do; I was taken to the Temple Festival, to watch the sunset by the beach/backwaters as well as a morning trip out to Kollam with one of the staff - Vydia who I am now friends with - we went to an Amusement Park, Shopping and to the Lighthouse! The boat trip on the Lake by the Resort is blissful and the boat man is very nice to talk to. The food in the restaurant is very fresh and some of the best Indian I've had. The chef is lovely and will make you anything you want if you ask. The breakfast was yummy. Sometimes it would take a while to get to the table but this didn't bother me as I hadn't any plans other than to relax. The Doctor in the Spa is a very kind man, with lots of wise advise. The massages weren't for me but if you are into Ayurvedic Treatments I'm sure you'll love it here. I would recommend this Resort to anyone in need of some mind space, I was able to relax and rest and felt safe and comfortable. Each morning I took the Yoga class which for me was absolutely exceptional - the Yoga Master has a lot of Knowledge on Yoga and I've learnt so much from him, in fact he's helped me move forwards towards taking my Yoga Teacher Training and for that I am so grateful! What a great stay I had. I met lovely travellers too and made some epic memories. It will be great to stay again someday.
Went there with my family; the rooms are nice, the food is very good but the best part of this hotel is the staff! they are just very very sympathetic and helpful. Restaurant staff is amazing, especially Srijith. Thanks for your hospitality! activities around the lake are a nice touch (paddle-boat, fishing, houseboat etc). In front of the hotel, on the other side of the lake there is a temple that blast music almost 24/7 so this can be a bit of a problem, hence my 4 stars and not 5. I recommend this hotel .
I was in need of rest and a rejuvenating break, and that's exactly what I found at Fragrant Nature. Everything was completely lovely from start to finish: the surrounds are lovely and peaceful, the food excellent and nourishing, but what really made it extra special is the outstanding and genuinely caring staff in all departments~ from the desk to the restaurant staff to housekeeping and groundkeepers, everyone was kind, thoughtful, and genuinely friendly~ they are really what made this trip extra special! Thank you all very much! I will look forward to my return!
A very good atmosphere for a break with family. Room was super clean and the staffs were very friendly, especially in restaurant and tea bar. Food was really tasty and met quality. There was a children play area near to the restaurant but was very small. Pool was really big and looks good but no warm water. Overall my stay was satisfying. We had two good days there.
Fantastic rooms and service . Food was good.. Great hospitality and the view was exceptional . Had a great time and the entire family enjoyed the stay . Great place to stay . Thank you for the wonderful experience
