Wonderful hospitality, very comforting setting. The staff were helpful and friendly. Really highly appreciate Mr. Sukanta and Ms. Sangita for their great hospitality. They were able to resolve issues under urgent requests. Highly recommend this hotel.

Some areas of room are scratched and stained, walls need to be repainted, hallways are all scratched doesn’t seem up to standards. However food is great breakfast is great and eating area is good and room service is great. I do not like the front desk staff as they make things complicated. 3/5

The breakfast service is starting at 7.30am. Which is little late I believe. My parents had to catch the flight by 9am. They had to leave by 7am. So they could not eat breakfast. However holiday inn is starting breakfast by 7am. So please look into this. I paid for the free breakfast service but it didn’t work out for my parents.
