Well-equiped and homely log cottage located in the Äkäslompolo village Maahinen area (address: Maahisentie 14). Apartment is situated in a new cottage area between the slopes and Äkäslompolo village. Light skiing track near.
Log cottage, built 2007. Livingroom/kitchen with wooden sofa, three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two separate beds, electric sauna, shower/toilet, separate toilet. Ski maintenance room, car shelter and storage room.
Air source heat pump for additional heating and cooling.
For mountain bikers, accessories include a battery-powered pressure washer, detergents and brush, a maintenance stand and a tire pump for washing the bike.
In addition: nursery equipment (baby cot, potty, feeding chair), DVD-player, CD-player.
Included in price:
ERV cancellation insurance
Final cleaning (Basic cleaning is always carried out by the guest) (2026-04-27 - 2027-05-01)
