The place was not as advertised, a few days before arriving, we were just notified that the third floor was not accessible, which was not clarified on the description beforehand. We would have not booked the otherwise, and it felt like there was so many restrictions when we arrived, and there was a strange unwelcoming smell when we first arrived.

A Wonderful Stay in Kokubunji

The residence was in a quiet and serene neighborhood of Kokubunji, just a short 15 minute walk to urban areas full of food, activities and train stations. The private home was clean, cozy and easy to navigate for english speakers.10/ 10 would recommend anyone for staying in this home! Host was super friendly and very responsive!!! We had a wonderful stays

We had an incredible stay in Kokubunji! The neighborhood was perfect—quiet and charming yet conveniently close to all the Tokyo activities we wanted to explore. There were plenty of shops, cafes, and parks nearby, making it easy to experience both the local vibe and the Tokyo excitement. The location also provided easy access to transportation, so getting to popular areas was a breeze
