The house has a lot of light and is a little higher so that a pleasant light wind is possible. The garage serves as a storage place for: bring your own bicycles, garden furniture (8 garden chairs, a side table and 2 sun loungers), washing machine and dryer, freestanding dishwasher, iron, drying rack, BBQ equipment ... The residence contains 2 sofas for min 2 people each and 2 ottomans and coffee table and dining table for 7 people and present high chair to place. There is a TV with digital TV and WiFi available. The equipped kitchen adjacent to the residence has induction plates, all cooking utensils and crockery for a minimum of 8 people, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment and an additional freezer. Garbage bags, dishes and dishwashing cubes are available. The cars (max. 2) can be parked in the driveway and are free, there is paid parking on the street. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, 2 with a double bed and 1 with a folding sofa for 2 children and a folding bed for 1 child. All mattresses are at least 10 cm thick and all duvets as pillows are also present. There are 2 bathrooms with shower and sink, 1 of which is integrated into the largest room with a double bed and a children's park. In the other bathroom there is a 2nd toilet, the other toilet is separate and on the ground floor. in the large bathroom there is another foot bath. Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented at an additional cost of 125 euros for the stay for 1 week, 150 euros for 2 weeks and 175 euros for 3 weeks, of which those rented towels are used exclusively for the home. There is a strict no smoking policy in the villa, outside it is allowed provided that all windows and doors are closed as there are smoke detectors. After 10 pm there is a silent injunction outside and when leaving the house all garden furniture must always be placed in the garage / storage. Ideal holiday home to relax and dream away in one of the most beautiful residential areas of Oostduinkerke. For a qualitative and varied holiday (walking / cycling / beach / ...) with the whole family. There are 2 subtropical swimming pools in the area (Sunparks at 3 km and Plopsa-aqua at 9 km) and amusement park Plopsaland at 9 km.
