This very nice apartment to live delight you with its brightness (southern exposure), comfort (renovated early 2016), its minimal design and above all its location.

The apartment is perfect for groups up to 2 (or couple + 1 infant), it is equipped with elevator, parking and Nespresso machine ;-)!

Tolle Unterkunft, immer wieder gern

Voll ausgestattete Küche, kleines aber schönes, scheinbar neues Bad, Duschkabine mit Regenwalddusche war sehr gut. Da es nur ein Zimmer hat gibt es statt eines Bettes ein Schlafsofa. Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Privatparkplatz gibt es direkt vor dem Haus und der sehr große schöne Strand liegt nur 2 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zahlreich und liegen auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.Vermieter ist sehr nett und war für uns immer ansprechbar.

Einige Unklarheiten

Vorweg: der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und flexibel (was zB unsere später Anreise Zeit betraf). Bei der Ankunft wurde wir freundlich von einer Mitarbeiterin empfangen, die uns alles erklärte. Jedoch waren wir relativ schockiert, denn für uns war aus dem Inserat nicht zu erkennen, dass es in dem Studio kein Bett gab und auch kein Schlafzimmer. Es handelt sich im Grunde um einen kleinen Raum, in dem gegessen und geschlafen wird. Ich hatte vorher nachgefragt, ob wir zu dritt (2 Erwachsene, eine 13 jährige) kommen können. Spätestens da hätte ich mir einen Hinweis gewünscht, dass wir dann alle drei auf Schlafsofas bzw Sesseln in einem kleinen Raum schlafen müssen. Mag sein, dass wir das missverstanden haben. Aber kein einziges Bett in einer Fewo zu haben ist für uns schon ungewöhnlich. Weiter war bei unsere Ankunft eine Glühbirne im Bad kaputt. Nicht schlimm und der Vermieter bot sofort an, diese zu erneuern. Das Problem war, dass wir trotz häufigem Fegen immer wieder Scherben auf dem Boden fanden und so nicht barfuß gehen konnten. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist wie beschrieben richtig gut, alles vorhanden. Das Bad ist klein, aber auch da war die Beschreibung zutreffend. Was wirklich der Pluspunkt der Wohnung ist-die Lage. Toll, wenn man direkt am Strand ist!! Der Parkplatz war auch super und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt durch lange Strandzeiten doch genossen.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, Nah von Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass wir spätabends angekommen sind wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir haben uns unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Auch der Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Lediglich das Badezimmer könnte mal renoviert werden. Aber es ist alles sauber und empfehlenswert!

Wenn man nicht luxuriöse Ansprüche hat, ist das kleine Appartement wirklich top! Es ist alles vorhanden, sogar Föhn, dvd's, Aufzug, Eierkocher, Toaster usw. Die Lage ist wirklich top. Man ist in zwei Minuten am Strand und in fünf Minuten im Zentrum bzw Geschäften. Das Besteck und die Schüsseln könnte mal etwas überholt werden, aber das ist nichts tragisches. Das Bad ist leider alt. Wenn man dieses der Moderne des Appartements anpassen würde, wären es fünf Sterne

Empfehlenswertes Studio

Das Studio ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich und für 2 Personen auf jeden Fall super geeignet. Alles ist sehr sauber und die Möbel sind in einem sehr guten und neuwertigen Zustand. Auch ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Die Lage ist herausragend: Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und zum Ortskern mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind es nur wenige Minuten Fußweg. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, stets zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Aus diesen Gründen können wir das Studio ohne Vorbehalte weiterempfehlen. Es sei allerdings darauf hingewiesen, dass die Fensterfront des Studios (und damit auch der Balkon) auf die zentrale Durchgangs-Straße des Ortes (inkl. Straßenbahnstation) hin ausgerichtet ist. Dadurch muss immer mit einem gewissen Geräuschpegel gerechnet werden. Alles in allem hatten wir aber einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt dort und kommen gerne wieder.
