Super fijne plek, we hebben echt een hele fijne tijd gehad, veel ruimte binnen en buiten, goede bedden en alles was voorzien. Dichtbij een groot natuur gebied wat heel fijn is als je een hond hebt. En ook een mooie route om te voet naar het strand te gaan. het huis is uit de drukte en toch overal dichtbij. De golfkar was een mooie bonus ;-)

C'est un très bel endroit pour revoir une grande famille, tout près des dunes, ce qui est utile avec un chien, et dans une petite mais sympathique station balnéaire. De plus, le gîte est très bien équipe et nous avions toutes les commodités. Un régal!

Sehr gepflegtes Haus in angenehmer Umgebung

Großzügiges und gemütliches Haus in ruhigem Wohnbereich, Restaurants/Supermärkte sind schnell mit Auto oder Fahrrad erreichbar. Zum Strand ca. 2km. 3 große Zimmer im OG, 2 mit zus. eigener Dusche. Großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, 1 extra WC oben und 1 Gäste-WC unten. Im EG ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Gas-Kamin und Fernseher (5 deutschsprachige Sender), die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und ein kleines Spielezimmer mit Darts, Kicker und Kinderspielzeug. In der Garage ein Elektromobil für Fahrten zum Strand (separater Vertrag ist dafür notwendig), Waschmaschine, Trockner, Gefrierschrank und weiteres Geschirr. Alles ist geschmackvoll und wohnlich eingerichtet und bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten sehr gepflegt. Großer Garten mit ausreichend Möblierung, Gartenhütte, Wäschespinne, Grill usw. Parkmöglichkeiten für bis zu 3 Fahrzeuge vor dem Haus Nachteile: - Duschvorhänge und Ablagen in den „Zimmerduschen“ fehlen - Keine Rolläden o.ä., Schlafzimmer können nicht richtig verdunkelt werden - Kunstrasen! Fanden wir schrecklich. - Die Treppe nach oben ist steil und für kleine Kinder, bewegungseingeschränkte Menschen und Hunde eher ungeeignet. - Verbrauchsgebühr und Reinigungsgeld sollten am Abreisetag bar ohne Quittung auf dem Tisch liegen. - Vermieter war sehr schlecht telefonisch/per SMS/Whatsapp erreichbar. Vorteile: - Sehr geschmackvoll und großzügig möbliert und ausgestattet - Große und geräumige Zimmer - Tatsächlich auch für 8 Personen noch gut geeignet - Tolle Lage

Sehr schönes Haus

Ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Der Strand ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen, allerdings macht es bei sehr warmen Wetter eher Sinn mit dem Auto ran zu fahren. Wir hatten ein sehr schönen Sommerurlaub :)

Die Lage und das Objekt sind super. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und top eingerichtet. Alles ist soweit zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider wurden bei der Buchung nicht alle Preise offengelegt, deswegen kam es bei der Abreise zu einer bösen Überraschung und es kam noch eine saftige Endrechnung oben drauf. Hier beim buchen drauf achten.

Super Haus in Strandnähe

Das Haus liegt sehr günstig in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Die Strände von Oostduinkerke sind in etwa 20 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Ferner gibt es zwei Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön angelegt, das Haus überaus sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer haben bequeme Betten und sind geräumig. Das Wohn/Esszimmer ist großzügig und bietet viel Platz für gemütliche Abende. Dazu trägt auch der mit Gas betriebene offene Kamin bei. Die Küche verfügt über alle notwendige Ausstattung zur Verpflegung auch von zwei Familien. Es gibt viele Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck, dabei sind die Sachen durchaus hochwertig, so dass das Kochen Spaß macht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuverlässig - ein Schaden and er Heizung wurde umgehend behoben. Ich kann das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen, vielleicht werden bald auch die Müslischalen gekauft (Zwinker). Jederzeit wieder.
