This is a beutiful property with great views of Mt Fuji, but most importantly is you get a friendly family like feeling from the staff. Super helpfull, courteous and friendly making you feel so welcome.

Lovely quirky hotel. It is quite basic but the rooms are clean (and have a great view of Mt Fuji!), and the communal lounge is great to hang out in. The staff are lovely and so helpful, the shuttle to and from the station was very helpful! Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The staff were very nice. The location of this hotel is a great spot for observing Mt. Fuji (both in rooms and the front of the hotel). The rooms are outdated. Without an elevator, this hotel is more suitable for Yong travelers with light luggage. The lounge in the lobby is good, but it's only open for a fixed period during the day.
