Beach waterfront was great. So was the view from our 9th floor suite. Room was quiet and immaculate! Staff was friendly and very courteous.
My only complaint was the 25 very young kids playing Marco Polo in the pool, all day long!!! Felt like a Marriott.
Will use the beach next time we visit.

INCREDIBLE! The front desk girls are amazing. They were so friendly and held our luggage while we went and explored. They even let us hang out by the pool until our room was ready. Our room was on the 43rd floor and it was so clean and perfect. We loved everything about this hotel. We can’t wait to be back for Ultra Miami 2026. It’s in super close proximity to anything you would want. Only a 7 min walk to the Ultra festival. This hotel is perfect!

Did not like the demonstration by Palestine protesters at the door this AM.
Shower wand did not work it was broke at the plastic connection
