The did a good job accomodating us in an unforseen storm. Always were helpful and willing to take care of our needs. Great staff and location was perfect for what i was looking for. More relaxed quiet area then some of the other spots but that is what i liked best. Close to many beach bars as well.

It is on the most beautiful cove. The staff was so helpful. I needed to cancel a day trip they scheduled and they did without charge. That was tremendous.

Beautiful little bay

Hotel grounds were very well kept if you wake up early enough you can see the groundkeepers out every morning tending to the property.

Nice view

Room was clean and comfortable. Had to go up a steep flight of stairs to get to the room, but had a nice view from the balcony itself. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool overlooking the beach.

Lovely hotel. Quiet side of the island. Location is awesome! pity about the bad attitude in some staff members. Some were great. Others were not friendly at all and made it feel like we were making their lives a misery. Had a lovely time though and would recommend.

Almost on the beech

We booked a bit blind, but hit a gem. Never went near the upper part and can only speak on the beech zone. We upgraded to a bungalow and it has same facilities as a superior room, but twice the space.

Nice accommodation close to the beach

We went here for our honeymoon and loved it. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The on-site massage was fab! The restaurant has a great selection of food available. The only down side was our room was a little small and cramped due to the large bed, but the air-con always worked and had a TV. Wi-Fi was fine, just annoying that we had to keep re-signing in when we returned from an outing. Not a lot to complain about and we would definitely go back again.

Lovely Bay

We stayed in #114 a beach bungalow. There were mouse droppings on the floor and on the vanity counter. We should have booked a more upscale unit. No hot water at the sink. Nice and quiet and close to the beach. On site restaurant was excellent.

Horrible. Rude staff who don't care about your stay. Found bugs in my PILLOW. Room was not cleaned everyday. Wifi does not reach the room.

Great place to stay in Ko Tao

I was really happy to come back to Tao but very sad to see how much the ecologic situation is getting down year after year. There is almost nothing left to see when snorkelling and there is too much traffic, littering and pollution (especially on Sairee beach)

We were really looking forward to our return visit after being there in Nov 2014 but sometimes life circumstances are beyond our control. The plan was to spend Songkran on Koh Tao. Unfortunately this time we were unable to stay. While we were in Koh Samui on our way to Koh Tao I received word that my brother in Canada had passed away following a lengthy battle with cancer. The cancellation policy states clearly that no refund is allowed & I lost 100% of the booking fee. I had no choice so no worries. We may return sometime in the future.

Quite and beautiful

Staff - most lovely helpful people in Thailand! The lady at the desk helped us book a train to bangkok and was easy. So helpful. From reception staff, housekeeping and bar staff. Room - Room was lovely. Had 310. Soft bed. Nice shower and room. Close to the beach and pool. Facilities - pool was amazing. But does get warm as the day goes on. Not enough sun beds. We went down at bfast and put towels down so no dramas. Location- is in a quite bay. Other shops and places to eat if u walk down the hill. 7eleven 10mins away. And a working cash point. Serrie beach is about 10mins in the car away. 300 bh to go/ come back it u haggle. Go to baracuda amazing!!!!! Wifi - fast FaceTime and YouTube. Just have to login all the time.

Very friendly and helpful staff who organised everything - food was lovely and shuttle every thirty minutes up to paradise zone makes it worth going here. surrounding area was a brilliant although they could do with another one / two restuarants. Go to the bar on the pier at night - live band plays. Pool amazing.

Location is prime but rooms are rustic and staff is just willing to help with basic needs! No real friendliness! The massage is awesome! If you book a standard room be prepared to want to upgrade! We were able to get a bungalow for our 5 days for 15.00 US total! Well worth it!
