The hotel is far from the beach

The hotel does not provide complimentary drinks daily, no electric kettle or complimentary tea/coffee etc. The bathroom was a bit slipery. No face towel and toiletries ((like soap or shampoo) given.

Ce n' est pas un hôtel mais une résidence loin de la plage pas de service hôtelier ménage tous les 5 jours 1serviette également pas de fenêtre aération toilettes donnant sur garage avec bruit moteur et pollution climatisation à la tête du lit pas de matelas mais un sur matelas de 5 cm, tele plus de neige que d image porte vitrée qui donne sur couloir d escalier gérant arnaque qui propose Taxi aéroport pour 800 baths alors que tarif Taxi et 450 baths g facture qui en plus critiques Expedia mauvaise réception wifi blattes salle de bain tuyau évacuation lavabo débranché et meuble qui se démonte la chambre ne correspond pas à l appelation supérieur et

Appartement très décevant loin de la plage

Nous avons été très déçue à notre arrivée. Nous pensions d'après les photos avoir une terrasse mais certainement pas un mur en face de nous et sans la moindre vue. Nous avons trouvé des raccourcis pour atteindre la plage de Lamai, l'emplacement de l'appartement étant très loin de tout. Dans l'annonce vous parlez d'hôtel,alors qu'il s'agit d'appartement sans prestation hôtelière!!! Ce n'est pas la peine de me parler de bon après cette expérience je n'utiliserai plus jamais les services d'Expedia!!! Manuela Jayet

Приехали в так называемый отель, нас встретил хозяин, говорит вам повезло так как у нас нет свобод них стандартных номеров, вам достался улученный номер. Нас проводили до номера, где одна из дверей плохо открывалась. В номерах не убираются жили 8 ночей, полотенца не меняли приходилось сдавать в стирку через дорогу. А вот самое интересное началось когда мы сдавали ключ за 5 минут до трансфера до порта, при выезде не вернули депозит 1500 батт объясняя тем что мы сломали дверь (ту которая не открывалась в самом начале), но мы в течении всего отдыха ее не открывали не разу так как она не работала. за то при выезде когда они попросили пройти посмотреть номер в каком он состоянии, первым делом они даже не заходя во внутрь комнаты нырнули в то место где поломка про которую они типа не знали. Не кому не советую этот так называемый отель.

Chambre correcte, seuls bémols : la grande baie vitrée de la chambre avec un rideau qui ne ferme pas complètement et donc ne cache pas la vue aux passants...et le mobilier vieillot de la chambre.

Jeune couple

Nous devions rester que 2nuits et nous avons prolongé notre sejour. La résidence se situe dans un endroit calme et à 15 mn en scooter de la ville animé de chaweng. Le patron de l'établissement vous accueil vraiment bien et vous donne tout les bon plans de l'île, mais aussi bcp d'info. Ils vous aide pour la location du scooter, les excursions... Il est vraiment proche de ces clients. Si vous voulez un endroit calme pour vous reposer proche d'un endroit pour faire la fête vous avez trouvez ceux qu'il vous faut :)
