Wonderful stay of 4 nights, the little cafe was surprisingly peaceful and excellent. Pastries delicious. I would put on top of my list for just a quiet place, which is a bit of surprise since i probably had the worse bungalow next to road. For whatever reason it didnt bother me and just flowed into the rhythms of the property. Only dislike was the towels/sheets not being changed daily or even after 2 plus days of stay. I was given fresh sheets/towels after several repeated requests to housekeeping. Otherwise great job abd thank you!

Everything was good aside from the smell coming from the bathroom but I think it’s a recurring problem in Thailand. Our check out was at 11 and the lady at the front dest was rooming around the property at 10:20 to make sure we were leaving. Then at 10:50 she came again as we were getting out and rushed us by taking some of our stuff out with us. We felt a little bit unwelcome at this time. I can understand they wanted us out by 11 but come on.

This is one of my favorite stays so far in Thailand. Management and staff are responsive, and kind. Just a block from a beach access point, the bungalows are well spaced with plenty of greenery surrounding. The bathroom is well lit, well ventilated naturally by an opening around the top. It is spacious with separate areas for toilet, sink/mirror, and shower, preventing shower water from getting in the other areas. There are towel bars, bidet, stationary shower head and handheld shower head. The main room is also well lit with natural light during the day, as well as multiple overhead lights with additional table lamps. There is plenty of built in storage (wardrobe, and along the wall opposite the bed) to keep things organized and out of the way. The air conditioning works perfectly and WiFi reaches the room well. I did not try the television. The porch has a table and seating in good condition, as well as a large drying rack. The pool is a good size for hanging out and has some fun lights. Water and toilet paper are provided daily. Overall the rooms and property are well decorated and pleasing. Things that could be improved: the bedding is microfiber which is hot and uncomfortable on the skin. Cotton would be more comfortable and cooling. The towels are large and fluffy however they seem to shed white fuzz, which sticks to the body, bedding and clothing. I’m not sure if they are just new towels that will shed less eventually? I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place

We enjoyed our stay at thiptara. The bungalow was clean and comfortable. 2 min walk from the beach and there’s restaurants and everything you want within walking distance. It’s about 10 min by scooter to the fisherman village. They have a nice pool and nice chair to relax around it. Also the literie was the best we had in Thailand, so soft!
