OCEAN Villa is a luxurious new villa, sea view. The villa is fully furnished and equipped in a harmonious and elegant manner in a modern atmosphere with all comforts. It can fully open to the outside thanks to its large sliding windows. The villa has a large infinity pool (8m in length); as well as 3 pretty rooms with private bathroom.

Housing
From the entrance, OCEAN Villa will welcome you with its beautiful sea view.
The villa is fully air conditioned and ventilated.
The terrace houses a 10m2 ventilated Thai sala and sun beds, allowing you to enjoy the terrace at any time of the day.
The living room has a living room, kitchen and guest toilet.
The living room has a nice sofa and a 55 "smart tv
The kitchen is European-style and has a dining table with 6 chairs.
The first bedroom offers a beautiful sea and pool view, a king size bed, a dressing room and a private bathroom. (bath, single sink, WC)

Important:
- There will be a charge of 7 baht (THB) per unit (kilowatt) for electricity.
Electricity will be collected at check-in and at the check-out and will be paid at the end of the stay.

The price includes:
- Cleaning of the villa on arrival and departure.
- The cleaning of the villa and change of bed linen and towels every 4 days from a reservation of 7 nights or once a week from 14 nights .
