Not a nice property. It was in a loud kind of seedy area of Lamai. The room was ok and quiet with earplugs and probably ok for a night but if you have the means to pay a bit more, then get something better.

The property was on the beach which was nice! The superior room we reserved definitely was not superior. It was clean, but not a king size bed. No water or coffee in the rooms. The location was what was the best part!

Like visiting a old good friend

Always friendly and very clean, at the location which is close to busy area of Lamai, but it is still quiet and feels private. As you walk into the hotel, you are walking into a large open space, so lobby feels outdoors. Design is very minimal and all in whites and has a nice chill area with a aquarium. There is nice pool and few restaurants associated with the hotel. For those with a kids, there is also a little kiddy playground. I've been staying here now for about 5 times and it has really grow on me.

Excellent hotel for the price

Right on the beach including swimming pool overlooking the beach! Beach bar including food order. Rooms nice, spacious, clean and comfortable! The best was the hotel staff! So helpful from renting a motorbike to the info dispensed and to making your stay comfortable and hassle free! Will definitely return in a couple of weeks!

Tired hotel, but more than adequate for 5 nights by the beach, the location was superb. The pool was great and the Cocoe Bar at the front was well run with great food, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Room facilities good ,a little noise until 0630 in the morning from the Fusion night club and Ladyboy cabaret which are located within 80yds of hotel, Hot water inconsistent did report to hotel couple of times and they sorted it however hot water only worked every other day and got feed up telling them. Reception staff good when there however it was unstaffed a lot of the time. Beach bar/restaurant good location with friendly and welcoming staff Did not use pool but looked okay

Excellent value

The hotel was neat, tidy, very good room size. Staff was helpful and friendly, spoke good English. Good location, near to main road, beach is just off the hotel. The only disadvantage was the regular 5 am party music, that woke us up (only heard from the reception side of the building.)

pro- amazing beach right outside your door step literally, all rooms either side sea view or sea view great pool, big comfy rooms, with balcony, nice bathrooms. the buzz of Lamai on your doorstep, surounded by lovely coconut trees. Fab beach shacks offering great food on beach cons- no room service, food, or facilities. No welcoming reception, looks like an unfinished garage when you check in, but dont let that put you off, no coffee or tea facilities in room, staff not that interested, but then again you wont really see many anyway. Not enough beach loungers on the beach for hotel guests,

Good for the price

We liked the hotel - the coconut plantation gave it a lot of character. Rooms clean and roomy - staff a bit thin on the ground but not really a problem. Hotel in great location, close to restaurants and the main shopping street of Lamai Beach. I'd recommend it to others. I think it was good value.

Pretty OK hotel with my standards.

Pretty OK hotel with my standards. Only real downside i can think of is that the location was very noicy due to the Christmas/New Years celebration going on. Also beware that there is 2 hotels named Coconut in the area. I got to the wrong one first and had to walk a couple of minutes along the beach to the other one.

Die Lage zeischen den Palmen und fast direkt am Strand ist wunderschön. Wir hatten einen Bungalow, geräumig, aber sehr rustikal und in die Jahre gekommen. Betten wie in Thailand üblich mit harter Matratze, aber wir konnten trotzdem gut schlafen.
