This hotel is actually a family hotel and it looks like no one lives, but the hotel told us that it must be 14:00 Check-in, so we went to eat first. When we returned, the westerner was extremely unfriendly and there were bed bugs.

Regarding your written comments about your arrival to banyan house as our agreed check in time for all our agents and written on your booking voucher and on your online agent the agreed check in time is from 14.00 hrs. This is because we need to prepare the room for your arrival and maintain the standard required. You arrived to Banyan House at 11.30am. and we kindly let you leave your luggage with us at reception. And informed you that your room will be ready at 2pm. you left and returned back at 4pm. At this time when you was asked to complete the hotel registration form for check in you informed us that there three person.
