Beautiful rural hotel with a lovely view of the mountains. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great onsen. Sadly did not try the dinner (apparently all you can eat crab legs!!) Enjoyable visit. Thank you!

Beautiful facility. The staff are very nice and thoughtful. Quiet location perfect for a little getaway from the city. About a 4 minute cab ride from the station. Onsen is tattoo friendly for foreigners. 10/10

Good Onsen Hotel with Crab Dinner

Hotel is nice overall. The room we stayed in was a smoking room (ash tray in room) but smoke odor wan not overwhelming. The windows could be opened so that helped. Very typical Japanese hotel, was built 20 or so years ago and looks it. It has been kept clean but not renovated. The dinner was good. Crab was really good. Food other then the crab was ok, not excellent. Alcohol was not included in the stay as we thought it was. Breakfast was good. The onsen in the hotel is nice, but the hotel does get tour buses, so expect things to be a bit busy. The onsen is large and has both indoor and outdoor baths. There is a winery a few minutes away from the hotel. The setting of the hotel is overall nice.

近隣にある系列ホテルの温泉に無料で入れて送迎もしてくれるサービスは非常に良い。ホテルの設備は価格相応といった印象。喫煙室の臭いが漏れてるのかちょっと通路がタバコ臭かった。ワイナリーが徒歩圏内なので、車なしで行けて試飲できるのが嬉しかった。
