The hotel is tagged as a 4 star property but believe me it was not at all a 4 star , probably a 2 star. Lobby is dark, Rooms is outdated , no wifi signal, most TV channels not working. Have to call for all toiletries 1 by 1 from a phone which has so much disturbance that it's not audible. Mattress was such that the spring was hurting my back. Breakfast buffet was average. The only good part about the hotel was thr courteous staff thats all. Highly disappointed..

My stay was only for few hours, as I had to catch a flight in the night. The reception staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is good, except the bathroom fixtures have slightly old look. Hotel is close to major shopping centers. Maharaja Metro is less than a KM walk.

Price has increased

Have stayed at this hotel several times over the last few years. Front desk is always helpful and efficient. Room service is available 24 hours, and that is great for early morning flights, but service is so so. Forget cutlery one time salt and pepper and napkins another time, etc. Hotel is a lot of dark work and very old fashioned appearing, which is fine with me... no alcohol which isn't a problem to me. Bed is very hard. Food is better than most but price of hotel stay has gone up considerably and will shop around a bit more before reserving here again.
