Die Checkin-Infos wurden erst sehr spät und dank der Hilfe von FeWo-direkt übermittelt. Der Checkin selbst verlief problemlos. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und in tadellosem Zustand. Allerdings wird die Wohnung wohl auch privat genutzt. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich Lebensmittel, die Kleiderschränke und Kommoden waren zum großen Teil mit privaten Kleidungsstücken belegt. Auch die Gestaltung mit zahlreichen Privatfotos wirkte befremdlich. Man hatte stets das Gefühl in eine Privatsphäre eingedrungen zu sein. Für alle, die dies nicht stört, ist die Wohnung nicht zuletzt wegen der idealen Lage empfehlenswert.
